* Enjoy the expansive outdoor space, featuring a private pool heated to 80* (may-Sept )included, (Oct -April pool closed or if you would like it heated for $200/day) * * a large 14-person hot tub.

* Ideally located next to scenic trails and a golf course, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
* Situated in the heart of Suncadia, you’ll be just moments away from parks, dining, and entertainment options.

**We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center and Nelson Dairy Pool due to resort rules which are out of our control. You will not be charged a resort fee when renting CoalMine Lodge. *3 night minimum on holidays and June- Aug
