All the amenities one could want for a month long vacation at the beach. This 3 bedroom (2 kings and 2 queens), 2 bath condo is located at the Belmont, a gated community. The Belmont is one of Cape Cod's most prestigious private communities, which offers the use of a private beach facing Nantucket Sound, a saltwater swimming pool (seasonal), private restaurant (summer season), 2 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, bocce courts, a fire pit, Nantucket Sound views, and on-site fishing. There is no need to fight for beach or tennis parking, when they are on the premises.
This is the place for those individuals who want to check their worries at the door and enjoy the salty air, amenities like the beach, pool, tennis and all that the Cape has to offer.
This mostly freshly painted light filled home is fully furnished and features a large open concept with a generous sized living room, separate dining area, and kitchen that allow you to feel like you at the beach when you are in the home. Additionally, there are three bedrooms (bedroom 1 – 2 queens, bedroom 2 – king, bedroom 3 – king), including one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that has both a shower and bathtub. Additionally, the unit has a private patio with a dining area perfect for al fresco dinners at home or happy hours overlooking the Hearing River and Nantucket Sound. There is central AC, tv, and wifi, and a private underground parking spot. There are hardwood floors throughout and tile in the bathrooms. Please note that linens (sheets & bath towels), pillows, and blankets are included in the rental fee.
Additional furniture is on order and will be there during rental period. Updated pictures of furniture and beds coming soon. Rentals are for a minimum for a month. All state and local taxes are in addition to the monthly rental fee. A criminal background check is required. Additionally, a security deposit is required.
No smoking and no pets please, except licensed service animals.
