We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect! Property was very clean. I did however have some issues with the cleanliness of the room which I did address with the rental company so they could discuss with their cleaning company. One of the beds had issues with the frame slats and someone came within 2 hours to fix the issue. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THAT SERVICE! One of the elevators was out the entire time we were there and another went out. I think it is due to ppl holding the door open too long. There were signs in the elevator stating not to hold door open for extended periods of time or it would stop working. I would definitely recommend this place and stay in this room again. The rentalcompany was really helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

Thank you for staying at Seaside Beach & Racquet 3706 and for the 4‑star review. I’m glad you enjoyed the location and found the property very clean. I’m sorry you experienced issues with the room cleanliness — I’ve shared your feedback with our housekeeping team and the cleaning company so we can improve. I’m pleased our maintenance team was able to repair the bed frame slats within two hours. I apologize for the elevator outages and the inconvenience; I’ve reported this to property management so they can investigate and address availability and signage. We appreciate your recommendation and are glad our team was responsive to your needs. We hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.

The view of the beach was beautiful. We did rent the umbrellas and beach chairs which enhanced our beach experience. We also enjoyed the pool. Our condo was conveniently located to restaurants. The 3b was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. The property owners were attentive and pleasant.

STAY AWAY!! Upon arrival- the door code did not work. After getting in, we found there was not enough placed for our 10 people to sleep. This condo was advertised to have a sleeper sofa and did not. The recommendation that I received when I called the number listed to call for help was to take the cushions off the couch for one person to sleep on the floor. This was not possible as the couch was leather with sewn in cushions (ridiculous request regardless as we’d paid for a couch bed). The day after arrival, the sinks and toilets began backing up. There was nothing done about this. We had to plunge sinks and toilets the entire stay. Then came the topper…. The a/c stopped worked on night 3. There were people back and forth the remaining three nights to attend to fix; however, the a/c continued to stop working. We slept the last 3 nights of our trip in an 80 degree condo. The floors were all wet the time the a/c didn’t work as it was so humid. The only resolution that I was offered was a 150 refund. We are over 3 weeks after the trip and still have NOT received the refund. The pictures of the condo must be of the condo many years ago because it is very run down and needs a major upgrade for the process charged to stay. We have been going to the beach for years and this is hands down the worst condo in which we have ever stayed.

Overall great but could update the couch. It has no cushion left to it and your legs hit metal parts when sitting. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work at all so had to buy ice. The pans for cooking eggs needs updating as the eggs stick to pan. Lastly I feel if you are paying for a 3 bedroom condo, then you should get up to 3 parking passes as you can’t fit 10 people in 2 cars with luggage. You rent 2 bedroom then you get 2 parking passes, etc. other than these details, we had a great time and have come here for many years to Seaside.

So at check in which we checked in after 4 pm - code provided did not work had to call to get resolved and was issued another code. Condo definitely was too small for 10 people, although claims to sleep 10. Bathroom - one bathroom had tub and toilet in a super small area, but separate from vanity. Tub - toilet area very uncomfortable. 10 people cannot shower unless you shower throughout the day if you want a hot shower. Ice maker still an issue, livingroom area rug/carpet was gross - definitely needs to be replaced or cleaned professionally. Not sure why it has 2 microwaves but one above stove and one on counter - why take up counter space? Poor lighting and the only mirrors are the ones in the bathroom. Fan in livingroom did not work and the vacuum spits out the sand/dirt so that should be replaced. whole unit could use some updating. Not sure if mold or dirt on ceiling near a/c vent in livingroom but should be checked.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m very sorry your check‑in code didn’t work and that the condo felt too small for your group — that’s especially frustrating when traveling with a larger party. We’ve shared your notes with our operations and maintenance teams and will take the following actions: review the guest access/code process, confirm the listing’s sleeping capacity and sleeping configuration, inspect the water heater and ice maker to address hot water and ice issues, professionally clean or replace the living‑room rug, evaluate microwave placement to free counter space, improve lighting and add more mirrors, repair the living‑room fan, replace the vacuum, and inspect/clean the ceiling near the A/C vent for any mold or buildup. Thank you again for letting us know. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve future stays.
