The home is tucked away in a quiet and secluded area of Cave Creek, Arizona, yet close to and easy access to shopping and events in Phoenix and Scottsdale. The home boasts four ample sized bedrooms and four full bathrooms, as well as separate office and game room. There is a courtyard out front, observation deck out back and nearly 1.5 acres of quiet freedom that offers a pool, hot tub, basketball court, grassy area and citrus trees. The home easily accommodates eight people. Check out the amenities and supplies these accommodations offer: a king bed, two twin beds, and two queen beds to accommodate all guests comfortably. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and new washing machine/dryer, well stocked kitchen and laundry room, your stay will be nothing short of phenomenal. Each of the 4 bathrooms are equipped with all necessities for your convenience.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The Guest Book is found on kitchen counter. Multiple copies of the check-out procedures were made; therefore you can pull one out of the binder, and check off your list as you accomplish the tasks
Please put only the white towels in the wash and begin that load for our cleaners in the morning. Make sure to leave the garage door opener on the chalkboard in garage.
If you have used extra towels (from above the dryer), it would be wonderful if you helped in doing some of that wash prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and limit your outdoor noise during the hours of 10p and 7am.
We welcome your to use our garage. Please note that we currently have some personal belongings in the garage. Please refrain from moving any items.
The pool safety slider door alarms have been DIS-engaged. If you need help engaging them; please contact the owner/local manager for assistance.
