The house was clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location for everything we wanted to do in the area. The host was responsive to questions during our stay. I’d highly recommend this location for couples or families to stay when visiting Seattle.
We were visiting Seattle for the first time as a sports trip. Took us 14 minutes to scooter to the T-Mobile and Lumen Field. Host is awesome to deal with, had answers for our questions within minutes. Property was exactly what we needed.
I forgot to tell you we left at 9:30 this morning. Our stay was nice, cutely decorated. I’m not sure who does your cleaning but you may need to let them know that the floors were not swept or vacuumed and the bathroom was not all wiped down including the toilet and mirror. The mirror had toothpaste splatter from previous people. Also letting you know that the light switch for the overhead light in the kitchen is faulty. It takes a bit to get it to work. Other than that the stay was nice.
We really enjoyed our weekend trip to Seattle and our stay here. The home is decorated in a nice midcentury modern vibe. The couch does eat things so double check before you leave and the chairs are a bit tippy so be careful! This neighborhood is close to the stadiums and also amazing restaurants. We brought our almost two year old and he had a blast. We had to block the stairs to the back door with the trash cans because we didn’t want him climbing near the unsecured huge wall bookshelf that appears as if it may shift and fall at any moment. There was also unboxed loose wires coming out of the living room wall that he kept trying to play with… so not entirely childproofed but since it’s all on one floor it’s easy to monitor your little one. The living room tv is hanging on by a thread and a prayer, it may be better off getting a wall mount for this tv but I digress. We stayed for 3 nights and were only given one trash bag and 2.5 rolls of toilet paper. I asked for more but alas that’s all they provided. I’m super thankful I had an extra roll in my car for emergencies. But having only one trash bag available was asinine especially for a family with a baby. So if you choose to stay here come prepared I suppose. The heating in the rooms is not great but at least one space heater was available to help in one bedroom. Overall, we probably would stay here again but for the price would prefer common amenities to be provided rather than the bare minimum.
I stayed here with my parents for a little over 2 weeks after having surgery at Harborview Medical Center. It was super comfortable, the host was extremely responsive, and the location was great - if you had a car. We did have a car and it seemed like everything was withing 5-10 minutes of our location. That said, it's on a very steep hill, so if you plan to use public transit, though it isn't far away, be aware that there will be a climb ahead of you.The house is really cute, not too cluttered but interesting and colorful, which I appreciated while being stuck inside recovering. There's also lots of windows and you can see the mountains from the front porch. Comfortable furnishings and everything you need was right inside. Definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again when in town.

Thank you so much, Kayden! It was truly a pleasure hosting you and your parents. I really appreciated your excellent communication throughout your stay—it made everything so smooth. You took such great care of the property and left it in immaculate condition. I’m so glad you enjoyed your time here, and I’d be happy to host you again anytime. Highly recommend you to any future host!
Tucked into the hillside of a quiet street, you’ll find this comfortable and well-appointed bungalow. Sunlight fills the pretty rooms in the daytime and evenings spent on the porch glider enjoying the little courtyard were the perfect end to very busy days. We stayed here during a difficult time and while access to the hospital was a short 8 minute Uber ride, we did note the close proximity of both transit and light rail. Under different circumstances, we would have loved to take advantage of them. The beds are comfortable, the cleanliness is top-notch and the host is exceptional - responsive and very attentive to our needs, even stopping by at our request to troubleshoot an issue in the evening. We would stay again without hesitation and encourage you to do the same. Thank you, Diedre. We appreciate you.

Thank you so much, Nite, for your warm and thoughtful review. I’m truly honored that our home could offer you a peaceful and comfortable place to recharge during what sounds like a very difficult time. It means a lot to me that you found comfort in the small details.
I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks for your prompt and courteous communication throughout your stay. You were incredibly respectful and thoughtful, and it made it easy and enjoyable to host you. I especially appreciated how well you cared for the space—it was left in absolutely spotless condition, and I couldn’t have asked for a more conscientious guest.
I’m so glad the location worked well for your needs, with convenient access to the hospital, transit, and light rail—even if you didn’t have the chance to explore them all this time. Should your travels bring you back under better circumstances, I’d be thrilled to host you again. You’re always welcome here!
Nice house. Enough for the stay. Positives: proximity to the rail station (our #1 travel method during our stay). Seattle has the train travel method mastered. We have basically never used public transit in all of our years of travel but Seattle made it too easy to pass up. Commuted 10/trip (Lyft/Uber) to the rail station then got everywhere we needed to go from there for 1-3/ride. Could be to the Stadiums in 15 minutes. Restaurants near the rail station were tremondous (Perihelion Brewery for dinner, and Drunk Milk (Chicken) House was clean and pretty spacious. Internet worked fine and one car driveway is needed in this neighborhood Neighborhood is quiet and the permanent renter above in this property was very respectful. Didnt even notice if anyone was there the whole time. Cons: 2 bedrooms with small beds. Hard beds. Couches not useful for sleeping so we ended up buying an air matress. Bedrooms dont have televisions so we also bought a smaller tv to fall asleep to at night. Cost an additional 300 to buy these items in a
