I stayed here my husband, 10 year old daughter and Dad. The apartment is excellent. Extremely well located, just a short walk to the glorious Gandia Beach. The apartment is spacious and the description / photos are accurate. Carolina responded to all my messages quickly and is very nice. The beach is lovely to run along with an open / wide path which is very nice. We had some really good food. We would recommend the apartment, it was spotless, a sunny large balcony and very big. The pool is clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment seconds to the beach!

The apartment is larger than we thought and had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. The beach is seconds away and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. A grocery store is about 2 blocks away. Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Bel appartement face à la mer

Appartement très bien situé, spacieux, bien équipé et idéal pour passer des vacances au bord de la mer en couple. La région offre la possibilité de visiter de nombreux sites. La propriétaire a été disponible et a porté rapidement réponse à nos demandes. Seul point qui pourrait être amélioré c'est le ménage qui mériterait plus de finition.

Beautiful apartments for large families

We rested a large family (5 adults and a child). Carolina quickly answered all the questions. Before our arrival, we have specified the exact time of arrival and exchanged contact tel. numbers. We met the father of Carolina. He explained to all and showed. The apartment was perfectly cleaned, fully consistent with the description and photos on the site. The apartment has a complete set of home appliances and cookware that allows you to not burden themselves with household chores. As with the apartment an underground parking lot with a constant place for a car, which was very convenient. From the windows and balconies of the apartment offers a beautiful view of the beach and sea. The territory is green and well-kept. Pools (adult and children) very clean operate from 10-00 to 24-00 (with a break from 15-00 to 17-00). This apartment is fully met our expectations. We spent a great vacation in Gandia. Perfectly located on the beach, a wonderful climate, excellent condition of the apartment allows you to safely recommend room for a relaxing extended family vacation . Sandy beach with a nice smooth entry into the water is perfect for young children. Carolina helped us to spend a great vacation ,and if we again get together to relax in Gandia, again we will consider apartment Carolinas as the first option for holiday . Thank you Caroline and her father Gregorio from me and my family.

Pasamos 5 días en familia (5 adultos y 2 niños) durante la semana santa de 2015 y nos lo pasamos genial. El apartamento se encuentra a 3 minutos escasos de la playa y está completamente reformado. Los baños son espectaculares, el salón, la cocina y la habitación principal son muy amplios y en la terraza pueden comer perfectamente 6 personas y tienes vistas a la playa. Las otras dos habitaciones aunque son algo más pequeñas disponen armarios empotrados. También es importante decir que la dueña nos facilitó una plaza de aparcamiento (aunque se aparca bastante bien) y también dispones de wifi. Por poner un pero decir que el grao (el puerto y la zona más comercial de gandía playa) se encuentran un poco lejos del apartamento para ir andando, aún así repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas.

Apartamento relajante, confortable, perfecto

Es el segundo año que venimos a este apartamento y cada vez nos gusta más. Nos gusta su amplitud, las vistas del mar que se disfrutan sentados en el sofá sin necesidad de asomarse a la ventana, ver el mar mientras cocinas, el mobiliario moderno de colores claros que resultan relajantes, alegres y apropiados para un ambiente de playa, nos gusta la comodidad del sofá que no es sofá-cama y eso se nota, la luz que lo inunda todo, y sobre todo nos encanta su inmaculada limpieza ¡¡ es perfecta!!. Carolina, la propietaria, es muy atenta y profesional, sientes que puedes confiar plenamente si surgiera algún contratiempo. Lo recomendamos vivamente.

Our family of five - including three children aged from 3 to 19 - spent three wonderful weeks at this apartment in August. So close to the beach you can have a swim in the sea before heading back to enjoy breakfast on the terrace with a view of the Mediterranean. Carolina was very helpful, waiting up for our very late arrival and organizing extra cleaning to the once-weekly housekeeping included in the rental price. The area is full of restaurants and shops but quiet at the same time because it isn't in the central part of Playa de Gandia. The swimming-pool is well-maintained with a manicured lawn and trees surrounding it, offering a shady respite from the sun. The apartment itself was comfortable with good Wifi. We'd recommend a stay here.

Great Apartment

We stayed at the apartment towards the end of October & were not sure what the apartment & area would be like as never visited that part of Spain. We were pleasantly surprised at both. The apartment had great views of the beach & was very comfortable & well equipped. The internet worked great, the beds were very comfortable with ample beading & extra covers for when the weather got cooler. For late October the weather was good for the whole week too. We will defiantly stay there again. The surroundings countryside was just stunning & we headed up in to the mountains to 3 or 4 small towns. There was plenty to do there for a few weeks. Carolina was very helpful & returned e mails very quickly. Highly recommended!

très bel appartement !

L'appartement est très bien et correspond exactement à l'annonce. Il est très bien situé et l'on voit la mer de toutes les pièces.Le quartier est agréable et a toutes les commodités nécessaires ( restaurant, traiteur, super marché, boulangerie , "chourros" , .........) La propriétaire est à l'écoute des besoins des locataires . Le concierge est aussi très attentif au bon séjour des vacanciers. Nous y retournerons l'année prochaine, sans aucun doutes.

Great place to go for holidays

Overall very happy with the apartment, very clean and spacious, great views over the surrounding area of the sea including the pool. Carolina was very helpful and accommodating, made us very welcomed. Cod bed and internet was also provided for us. The area is perfect for families.There are two swimming pools, one of them for little ones. Barbecue outside with table and chairs provided upon reservation. Within walking distance to everything you need like beach, restaurants, supermarket and a few attractions for kids like trampoline and mini golf. All as described. People are very friendly in the compound and the caretaker of the building very helpful. I am very happy to recommend this place to anybody and everybody that is looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Will definitely go there next year!

Muy Buena situación ,muy buenas vistas ,muy bien equipado, amplisimo y colchones muy cómodos ( para nosotros eso es básico ya que puede estar muy bien el sitio pero si te tiras 8 días sin poder descansar se te fastidian las vacaciones) . Los propietarios muy preocupados por hacerte la estancia lo mas agradable posible (muchas gracias!!) .Si el area de la piscina tuviera algo mas de cesped sería perfecto .Total y absolutamente recomendable.

Sehr schöne Wohnung; nur 50 m vom Meer entfernt !

Wir waren vom 17.04. bis 1.05.2011 vor Ort und haben folgendes zu sagen: * sehr freundlicher deutschsprachiger Empfang * sehr gute Übergabe der Wohnung. Alles sauber. * Anwesen: top Lage, sehr gepflegt, der Strand liegt vor der Tür. * Wohnung: voll ausgestatte Wohnung, sehr modern + alles neu, einfach klasse. Barrierefreier Zugang zur Wohnung gegeben. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Sandstrand und das Meer. Wir haben einen positiven Eindruck von der Wohnung bekommen und können diese weiter empfehlen. Gandia-Beach selbst ist ein idealer Ort für Sonne, Strand und Meer.

Great Family Holiday

Stayed at the apartment in Summer 2010 for 2 weeks with wife and 2 small children (2 & 4). The apartment was ovely and clean and the location next to the beach superb. Always a nice breeze in the afternoons on the balcony to keep the heat under control. Gandia is fantastic and within 5-10 minutes walk there is good choice of resteraunts and things to do. The swimming pools at the apartment are great and never too busy during our stay. One small childrens pool and one main pool which was clean and nice temperature. Carolina and Sergio were very helpful and we would happily recommend this apartment to others.

It is a very quite area of Gandia beach, ideal for resting, but with amenities around the place. There are bicycle to rent, supermarket, church, summer cinema, supermarket, windsurf school, bus stop, restaurants close to the apartment.
The bus stop is in front of the apartment. By bus you can reach the area of the Yatch club and the harbour or the town of Gandia.
