Fantastic house and location

This house was perfect for our family of six. Very spacious and homely with wonderful outside space. Great facilities including very fast WiFi and use of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Javier and Maria were wonderful hosts, thank you so much for everything x

Awesome vacations!

Very friendly welcome from Maria and Xavier, even late evening after 22:30 due to delayed flight. Everything available in the fridge for the next breakfast and much more (Beer, softdrinks, huge selection of fruits, …). Great apartment, air conditioning in every room, all day shade at the outside seeting places (front and back) due to the balcony at the 2nd floor. Walking distance to beach and shopping stores. Clear recommendation! In case we‘ll come back in this area, this will for sure be the place to stay! Thanks Maria and Xavier!

Todo fenomenal

La casa muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado en toda la casa, muy buena ubicación y los propietarios encantadores. Todo fenomenal. Como crítica constructiva que habría que renovar todos los colchones de la casa menos los de la habitación doble con dos camas, esos estaban perfectos. Volveremos seguro.

Casa perfetta !! Pulitissima,i proprietari spettacolari ,ci hanno perfino fatto trovare una cesta di frutta di benvenuto,budini,e bibite per tutti noi !!! Excelente experiencia

Todo perfecto. La casa cerca de la playa a menos de 100 metros, al principio de la playa de Gandía. Los propietarios de maravilla. Se comunicaron con nosotros desde el primer momento, la casa dispone de todo, no necesitábamos ninguna sombrilla o silla de playa y muchas más cosas. Pendientes de todo detalle. Y la casa lo mismo. Amplia, perfecta para una familia y quitando el detalle de los mosquitos (que Gandía este mes estaba lleno tanto en la playa como por las calles), unas vacaciones perfectas. Repetiremos el año que viene seguro.

Trato espectacular

La casa está muy bien, todo en perfecto estado. La atención de M.Jesus y su marido fue de primera. Gran cantidad de detalles tanto en la casa como hacia nosotros. Solo palabras de agradecimiento. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días junto a la playa en un casa espectacular.

Sommerurlaub in Playa de Gandia

Die Wohnung ist wie im Angebot beschrieben. Die Räume und die beiden schönen Terrassen waren sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral, ca. 100m bis zum Supermarkt und Strand. Viele Bars und Gaststätten in fußläufiger Nähe. Auf ein Auto kann man gut verzichten. In den sehr warmen Nächten wäre eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen von Vorteil. Vor der Anreise und wärend des Aufenthalt hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Dankeschön an Maria y Javier

4 wochen aufenthalt

Wir wuerden persoenlich von unseren Hosts Maria Jesus und Fernando begruesst, ein sehr liebes und herzliches Ehepaar, mit einem Riesigen Obstteller und einige Grundnahrungsmittel. Das Haus war sehr sauber und super eingerichtet. Wir Waren teilweise 7 Personen und wir hatten genug Platz. Auch war die Wohnung mit allen noetigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch schirme und Strandstuehle waren verfuegbar. Die Lage ist optimal, zwei Bloecke vom Strand und ein paar vom Supermarkt. Auch der Hafen und viele Restaurants sind leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wuerden immer zurueck kommen. Danke schoen, Ana , Tom und Familie

Einfach perfekt!

Maria und Javier sind die wunderbarsten Gastgeber, die wir je hatten (und wir reisen sehr viel....) Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Die Kommunikation war von Anfang supernett und schnell und als wir uns getroffen haben sehr herzlich! Das Haus ist groß und geräumig und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Am allerschönsten ist der Außenbereich mit zwei Sitzmöglichkeiten (vor und hinter dem Haus) und dem wunderschön eingewachsenen Bereich rund ums Haus mit Zitronenbäumchen und blühenden Pflanzen! Alles ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ob der Strand, die beste Eisdiele der Stadt, Restaurants oder ein großer Supermarkt. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen und hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, da er sich im Außenbereich frei bewegen und wunderbar relaxen konnte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Estupenda casa

La casa resulta perfecta para disfrutar de la playa, es muy amplia, cómoda, muy bien situada y muy agradable. Sin lujos (que tampoco buscábamos), con dos porches grandes y bonitos, y una bienvenida encantadora ( Maria Jesús fue tan amable de dejarme las cosas de sus nietos para que no tuviera que viajar con todo lo que necesitaba mi bebé de 6 meses).La recomiendo mucho!

Fabuleux !!!

La maison est splendide, très bien équipée, parfaite. Elle est située tout près de la promenade maritime et de la mer, avec le port , ses boutiques et ses restaurants également accessibles à pied. Vous avez également un supermarché à proximité . Et que dire des propriétaires ? Des personnes d'une gentillesse incroyable, prévenants, nous avons été accueillis comme si nous faisions partie de la famille !!!!! Dommage qu'on ne puisse mettre que 5 étoiles, cela mérite beaucoup plus .........

Прекрасное место! Очень хочется вернутьс туда!!!!

Огромное спасибо за теплый прием! Были очень рады посетить ваш дом и Гандию в целом! Чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое для проживания с детьми! Очень любезные и добрые владельцы дома! Нас ждал бесплатный мини бар:) от дома не далеко до пляжа, магазина, автобусной остановки. Маяк располагается в 500 метрах от дома! С удовольствием поситим это место еще раз!!!

Praia magnífica com uma casa magnífica

Vivenda situada num local muito calma, muito limpa e com todos os utensílios necessários. Para fazer compras não necessitamos de carro pois temos o carrefour no fundo da rua. A praia fica a cerca de 3 minutos a pé, praia essa magnífica para mim que já faço férias á 11 anos na costa espanhola esta é a melhor sem dúvida. No que diz respeito aos proprietários são um casal muito atencioso e muito prestáveis, no último dia fizemos todos uma jantarada um convívio muito agradável. Um muito obrigado á Maria de Jesús e ao Yavier.

Avis sur la location de Gandia

Bonjour, Un avis rapide de deux couples ayant partagés la maison en location pendant une semaine (couple de trois enfants et d un enfant): - maison tres fonctionnelle et possibilité de totale indépendance pour deux couples, - maison tres propre à l arrivée, - accueil chaleureux et serviable des propriétaires, - tout le confort nécessaire , matériel pour les enfants, barbecue, garage, - idéalement situé, et jardin sécurisé pour les enfants. En définitive , tres bon séjour à un tarif raisonnable , à recommander !

GREAT HOLIDAYS!

It was an incredible time in Gandia, the house is superb, close to the beach in a quiet area plenty of restaurant, supermarkets,pharmacy etc. I spent a very good time with my wife and kids. I hope next year I can go again. The owners are very attentive and the ratio between quality and price is excellent. So I just can recomend the house.
