Furnished with 2-queen size beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate up to 4 total. We have free WiFi. You have Free access to the Private Cabana Ocean Beach Club just a 5- minute walk from home.(thecabanaclubkeycolonybeach),full bar,grill, hot-tub and music. Our home has a large dock system which is easy in/out of your boat. We have bait freezer next to fish cleaning table on dock. Freshwater hose dockside. Quick access by boat to the ocean (5-minutes)and gulf (15-minutes). Free parking for vehicle and trailer at home. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen and ceramic tiling throughout. Ocean fishing/snorkeling & diving only minutes away. 1-hour drive south of Key Largo and 1-hour north of Key West. 4-restaurants within walking distance from our home. KCB has a 9-hole par-3 golf coarse. Walking, jogging and bike riding paths. Free Pickle ball courts, tennis courts, groomed Bocci ball lanes (4) and shuffleboard(2)equipment at site. free children's play-set. Horse shoe pit on- shoes at site.
