Welcome to Coco Plum Paradise, located in Marathon, FL - the Heart of the Florida Keys.

This private Key West-style home sits directly on Bonefish Bay with beautiful water views, deep-water dockage, and direct ocean access. A tropical landscaped oasis with mature palms, a private in-ground pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and a sandy dockside “beach” area. This is a private single-family home, so during your stay, these amenities are provided exclusively for you and your guests.

Wake up to spectacular sunrises while watching the dolphins and manatees from the large covered balcony. Enjoy fishing right from the dock. Soak up the midday sun while relaxing poolside or enjoy your own peaceful kayak outing in the bay. Challenge your guests to a round of ping-pong in the enclosed downstairs recreation room that has a seating area, a TV, and a full-size refrigerator for entertaining. There's even a large gas grill just next to the pool and rec room so the chef in your group doesn't have to leave the entertainment.

Home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and full size refrigerator (water and ice maker). There is also an indoor laundry area with large-capacity HE washer and dryer.

• Pedestrian/bike lane directly in front of the house takes you to Coco Plum Beach (1 mile away)
• Walking distance to Island Fish Company and Sparky's Landing (.5 mile)
• Kayaks, beach chairs, and fishing poles at the house (free for your use)
• Private seawall and dock with fresh water and a fish cleaning station
• Rent a boat or bring your own and dock right at the house
• Bait freezer and pole storage
• Direct boating access (no bridges along route) - 10 minutes to the ocean
• Public boat launch nearby - Keep your trailer in the driveway

Tropical relaxation and oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Coco Plum Paradise! We picked the location to be centrally located in the Keys and for the amazing views from the backyard. It was like a private resort with pool and hot tub. Plenty of areas to relax and soak up the Florida sun. A lot of attractions to see and explore. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good spot to balance relaxation and adventure.

This house was amazing!!! It was the perfect house for our family’s trip to the Keys. It had everything we needed and more. We swam in the pool everyday, the kids fished from the dock and were quite successful, we watched dolphins swim in the bay, played countless games of ping pong, and relaxed at night in the hot tub. We could not have asked for a better vacation! Greg and Lori were super helpful and were very prompt when we had a question. We would for sure stay here again!!!

This was our fifth year staying at Coco Plum and we’re already booked for next year. We absolutely love it there and can’t wait to return. Great family vacation!

The house is amazing! Spending time at the house was one of the best parts of our vacation - we did a ton of fishing off the dock, kayaked, swam in the pool (too hot for the hot tub while we were there), enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, and reading on the hammock. We explored the Keys and went to Key West for the day. We hope to return!

Great House!

We loved spending a week at Coco Plum. The location was excellent and the house was as great as the pictures imply. There was a lot to do for both the adults and kids. Greg and Lori are very proactive owners and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was even better than the pictures. The location on the water was beautiful. The sunrises were gorgeous. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The heated pool was great for the season and we enjoyed the hot tub too.

Paradise for sure

Our second stay was as awesome as our first. Although hurricane milton was dancing around us we felt very safe in this home And Greg and Lori are the best hosts ever. Booking again soon if we can find an opening. Thanks Greg and Lori for sharing your awesome marathon home .

Second visit just as good as the first

This was a second stay at this home from 10/21 to 10/28 and it was a wonderful week. The home is high on our list of favorites from VRBO, maybe at the very top. The setting is private and quiet. The amenities both inside and outside are really fantastic for people visiting. We will be looking to booking our next visit.

We fell in love with CoCo Plum Paradise on our first trip that we decided to come again! This time we brought our daughter and my mother in law, and they absolutely adored it as much as we did our first trip! Paradise in the Keys

This property is exactly as pictured and described . We loved our stay!!! Pool and hot tub was great, close to restaurants and as clean as could be. Key West was about 1 hour away. Close to some beautiful beaches. Would definitely rent this place again. Stayed February 18-25, 2023.

Yearly Trip

Wonderful as usual and a great way to escape the cold this time of year. Owners always friendly and helpful but the house has everything needed for a peaceful escape so you really shouldn't need a thing. It was just a little cooler this year so the heated pool was a great plus as we used it at least once a day.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had the most relaxing, peaceful getaway at Coco Plum Paradise. The home was clean and had everything that we needed. The backyard Oasis was amazing We spent every day outside enjoying the pool and did a lot of fishing as well. I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed. It was a great vacation!

Beautiful House

The house was perfect! It was clean, nice location, and we enjoyed all the amenities (pool, hot tub, kayaks, boat dock, game room, BBQ grill, etc.). Our only complaint was that the neighbors played loud music a few nights. Regardless of that we had a great stay! We would definitely come back :)

About the host

We have recently retired from the United States Air Force and are currently living in Florida's Space Coast. We love to SCUBA dive, fish and spend time on, in, or beside the ocean. After years of traveling the world, we decided that the Florida Keys is where we’d like to put down roots. We plan to retire to Coco Plum Paradise as soon as we can but hope you enjoy it in the meantime.

Why they chose this property

Marathon is laid back yet offers everything we need. With its central location, it's a great home base for enjoying all the Keys has to offer. The house is close to shopping, restaurants and bars which was important to us. We intend to spend tons of time on the water so it was also important to have quick access to the ocean. Logistics aside, and though we had a lot of work ahead of us, when we walked through the gate for the first time, we were hooked.
