This 4-bedroom condo is perfect for your escape to Ocean Isle Beach. The welcoming property features 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and even a crib for the little ones. With 4 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this fantastic rental, complete with amenities like WiFi, heating, and AC. Whether you're lounging on the beach or exploring the town, this place has it all. Enjoy all that Ocean Isle Beach has to offer when you stay at our place.

The Beach is so close you can smell the salty air and hear the waves crash as you enjoy your morning coffee on the covered back deck!
Our fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to make yourself at home. To include pots, pans, tableware for 10, coffee grinder, coffee maker, coffee mugs (can you tell we value the importance of coffee!).
The condo sleeps 9 with 5 beds (1 King, 3 Queen, 1 Twin) and a pack and play. There is an elevator on site making unloading the car less of a hassle! Ceiling fans in every room, smart TVs in Room #1, Room #3 and the main living room.
Guests are less than a minute walk to the beach walkway, steps away from pickleball and basketball courts.
Guests also have access to an ocean front Pool, hot tub, kids pool and tiki bar! *Note: the pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day*
Linens and Towels are Included in the Rental Price. In Addition, All Beds Will Be Made Prior to Your Arrival. Just Come In and Begin to Relax and Unwind.
The dining room table seats 8 and the bar has 4 bar stools, plenty of space for those family style dinners. Both the living room and kitchen face the ocean.
There is a full size washer and dryer available inside the condo for guests.
We Have Several Beach Chairs Available For You To Use During Your Stay.
You Will Have Tandem Parking For 4 Vehicles, 2 Covered And 2 Uncovered.

Guests have access to the whole Condo with the exception of a locked owners closet in the primary bedroom.

Walk to the beach, explore the Ocean Isle Pier, or dine at local spots like Sharky’s and Drift Coffee. Nearby activities include the Museum of Coastal Carolina and sunset boat tours. Your beachside escape awaits!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Check out time is 10am • Log off accounts on the Smart TVs • Turn off all lights and TVs • Leave dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom
• Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start it • Check for your valuables and chargers • Return the pool pass to the hook by the front door
• Return the Beach Gear storage room key to the hook by the front door • Empty the fridge • Lock the front and back door • Notify host of departure
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are limited to non-shedding breeds, owners are responsible for damage caused by pets to include stains, property damage and messes.

Everything was great. Super hospitable. All the cooking accoutrements were amazing. The 2nd bedroom on the left side had some debris on the twin bed and an animal cracker in the bedsheets of the double bed. Nothing major. If you hire a cleaning crew I would question this. Not complaining, we shook out the covers and all was well. Thank you again.

Why they chose this property

We chose Ocean Isle because the community is so welcoming and friendly. We also love Ocean Isle for it's walkability, whether you are walking to the beach, exploring the Ocean Isle Pier, or dining at local spots like Sharky’s and Drift Coffee. You can park the car for the duration of your vacation and enjoy exploring the community. The Ocean Isle creamery is a must visit, it is one of our favorite spots when we're in town. The sunset boat tours will blow you away and make you want to come back time and time again! We have created such amazing memories in Ocean Isle and hope you are able to fall in love with it as much as we have!

What makes this property unique

Our favorite part of the condo is the covered back porch. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee with views of the ocean or unwind after a long beach day with a nice glass of wine or cocktail. The covered porch keeps the temperature down in the summer and also protects you from those summer showers.
The renovated kitchen is the perfect place to prepare those family style dinners, get snacks ready for the beach or make the fancy breakfasts you wish you had time to make when not on vacation. The kitchen comes with all the amenities you would find at home to include pots, pans, air fryer, tableware for 10, electric stove and oven, and dishwasher.
