Perfect location

Within a short walk to the main Whistler village, this VRBO was perfect for a weekend getaway. The unit was clean, well stoked and offered a great experience. I would gladly stay here every time I travel to Whistler.

The deck is blocked off and not allowed to be used. It has clearly been out of service for a long time although the description still features it and a non-existent bbq grill. Very disappointing, although the view wasn’t really that great as it mostly overlooks other units. LOTS of stairs to access unit. Garage is tiny and a bit of a challenge to get into. Owner did not allow us to use the other parking passes. Lots of strict rules.Good location but overpriced for the area.

A great place to stay. Very easy walk to village and shops. The host was very and immediately responsive to queries. The accommodation was very comfortable. The common area of the well equiped kitchen, living room and dining area allowed everyone to visit and be involved as a family. At the same time the bedrooms were well separated when one wanted quiet rest.As warned there are lots of stairs to access the property so anyone with mobility issues should look elsewhere. Parking for only one vehicle is provided, also plainly stated, but parking at the Convention Centre is 25/24hrs. This is the lowest one will find in Whistler and it's only a 6-8 minute walk.A great value, super location and an attentive host. What's not to like.

I would give 3.5/5 starts if I could. The location of the property is walking distance to the village which was great. Beds were comfortable. Cleanliness needs to be improved on. Dead bugs and spiders webs on windowsills. Dirty mug in cupboard. Large dust bunnies under the beds downstairs. Overall the place could be really nice but needs better cleaning. I also think it’s frustrating to need to turn on laundry, and ensure all garbage bins are emptied upon leaving when you’ve paid 1900 to stay somewhere for two nights. What are cleaning fees for if it’s not properly cleaned and you need to do chores as the guest?
