Orange beach family vaca

The condo was fabulous! Huge and very roomie! The couch beds also worked perfect too! Lots of towels and bedding! The only problem we had was the fridge went out and some of our cold foods were ruined, but the rental property did bring us a loaner fridge! Over all would recommend for a huge family and little kids.

The room was great, and the stay itself was amazing, it truly exceeded all of our expectations. Unfortunately, the check-in process left a lot to be desired. When we received our check-in information, we were never told that the keys needed to be picked up from a lockbox at a separate location. We only learned this after arriving at the resort and speaking with security at the gate. I then had to call to find out where the lockbox was located. Once we arrived there, the keys were not in the lockbox, so we had to track them down. After finally getting the keys, we were also never informed that they needed to be activated/reinstated at the resort before they would work for the room. As a result, we arrived at the room only to discover that we still could not get in. Everything was eventually sorted out, and once we were settled, we had a wonderful stay. However, coordinating three vehicles and eight people including two very insistent toddlers while driving back and forth trying to figure out where to go and why our keys weren’t working created a lot of unnecessary stress at the beginning of the trip. Overall, we were extremely happy with the accommodations and our experience once we were checked in. With clearer instructions regarding where to pick up the keys and the need to have them activated, the experience would have been nearly perfect

The amenities are wonderful! If you have any handicap or disability of walking, you might want to think twice because the walk to the beach is rough. My mother-in-law who cannot do a lot of walking and has to use a wheelchair at times. Got to make it one trip to the beach. Have had ankle surgery recently and it made it rough to walk the boardwalk and the beach for that distance. Thankfully, a shuttle would take you from the towers to the beach access if not for that I probably couldn’t have done it.
