Located in Cromberg, enjoy what this 1-bedroom, 1- bath house has to offer. This lovely newly renovated property features AC and heating, with a blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. Free WiFi, an iron, hair dryers, and a compact washer/ dryer set. Easy access from the highway but a short walk into the wilderness. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Hike to the top of the mountain to enjoy the views or stay cozied up inside and watch smart TV. Very close to wedding venues: Twenty Mile House (.8 mile, 2 min drive) and Kinship Ranch (.4 mile, 1 min drive).

Verizon service is full bars. You will have to depend on Wi-Fi calling feature of your phone with other carriers. Please don’t rely on the distances stated in this listing (platform’s AI is wrong and they won’t fix it), do your own research or message me.

We are on well water with great mineral content so no need to buy bottled water. Please use mini-split for main heat and cooling of the house. Woodstove is for emergency use only. If you bring other people/pets that are not on reservation to stay with you, you will have to pay additional charges, starting at $100.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please do not remove bedding, you may leave the bathroom and kitchen garbage, we will dispose of it.
Turn off lights, turn off A/C in the summer and lower heaters in the winter. Minisplit should be at 68F and the wall heaters at 17C.
Lock the door and place keys inside the lock box. Message host when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please read House Manual located in the living room on coffee table.
Please no shoes inside and please wear shoes outside for full deposit refund. The mountain dirt will get everywhere- on rugs, furniture and bedding.

Great little cabin

Had a great couple night stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for all the outdoor sports I wanted to do for a few days. Would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing spot, host was the best!

My wife and I had such a nice time at this property. Host was so nice and communicative, and the place is at such a nice quiet spot. It had everything we could ever need, and I will absolutely be staying again when I visit Graeagle as I am up there frequently. Tons to do nearby if you are more outdoor inclined. Can’t recommend this property enough!

My husband and his buddy stayed at this tiny cabin. It was a nice and clean place. The location was perfect for their guys golf trip getaway. The only down side was the was construction noise and traffic on highway 70 that was near by. Not a deal breaker for another visit.
