Get ready to relax in this 3 king bedroom/3 bath house on Fort Myers Beach with heated pool and Gulf boat access. This quiet neighborhood has deeded beach access to the beautiful white sand, near Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo. This newly renovated home is locally managed and offers a screened and private heated pool, space to moor a boat on our new pier, covered lanai with tons of seating, grill, heating, AC, and WiFi. This home has 3 full bathrooms with custom showers, and a cozy living room with a 65” TV and queen sofa bed for guest 7 and 8, Guest room has a king Purple mattress that can be moved into 2 twins on request. Master downstairs has a new Purple mattress and direct access to the lanai and pool. Upstairs master has a private balcony with seating and tons of space with a large walk in closet. Bonus features include a hot/cold outdoor shower, wine bar, new washer and dryer, and plenty of entertaining space by the pool. We know you’ll enjoy our lovingly-restored future retirement home on beautiful Fort Myers Beach.
