Building amenities include tennis and half‑basketball courts, parking, and 24/7 security. Beachfront access with gate keys, semi‑Olympic and kids’ pools, lounge chairs, and a BBQ area surrounded by palms. Lobby features laundry, gym, and a game room/library.

IMPORTANT: We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. Puerto Rico is a beautiful island, but its water and electrical infrastructure can be unstable at times, and service interruptions may occur. While we always do our best to support you, the owner cannot be held responsible for outages that arise from circumstances beyond our control.

If a utility interruption happens and you decide to end your stay early, we will make an exception to our standard cancellation policy and refund unused nights (check‑out on or before 11:00 a.m.), minus a 15% opportunity fee. The cleaning fee is non‑refundable.

As a courtesy, we’re happy to help coordinate accommodations at a partner lifestyle hotel in Old San Juan at a preferred rate, subject to availability. Any costs for alternative lodging remain the guest’s responsibility.
