My family has rented this lake home multiple times, usually in the summer. This time we stayed late October / early November. It has plenty of space and everything you need, and a quick drive into Aberdeen. We will definitely stay here again.

August Vacation

Everything went smoothly. A fully stocked kitchen was a wonderful surprise. We had a great time. Wish we could have checked in earlier. That way we would of been able to experience more of Aberdeen.

The original design for the cabin was found and featured in a Better Homes and Gardens magazine. My parents purchased the property and built a large lower level walkout addition to the property. This was my childhood summer home, I have many fond memories of this place water skiing and fishing. I live in the Twin Cities now and I try to make it home as much as i can...I felt that turning the cabin into a VRBO property I could share it with others and still have the ability to use it myself when available.

Why they chose this property

This was my childhood summer home I enjoyed many days fishing, hunting and waterskiing here my parents worked very hard to make this place very special and blessed me with its safe keeping.

What makes this property unique

The lake home is very close to many activities I Love to do fishing, hunting, golfing and seeing old friends...it is close to town but far enough away to be a hideaway very quiet and peaceful...its easy to just enjoy the lake views and daydream an afternoon away. this property is perfect for family reunions and or summer or winter gatherings as well.
