The property did not exist when we arrived in Tangier. The location coordinates brought us to a construction building. No response from the host despite multiple calls and messages. Vrbo care support team helped us find a place for the night since we were out in the streets with two young children .It was a very stressful ordeal arriving at a place you expect your family will have a great time and finding yourselves with no place to stay. Hotels were fully booked since it was summer time. The supervisors who attended to us ( Aditya’s and Kevin) were wonderful, helping us relocate to another property although I had to shoulder the cost of international calls to get in touch with the support team
