Great apartment and service!

Everything was nice from the beginning. The contact was great. Our flight to Tanger was late, so Mahdi picked us up from the airport. The apartment was clean and was included with everything we needed. Included WiFi, five points for that! Great quality. The location is also perfect. Thank you!

oui j'ai apprécier mon séjour il y avait tout à disposition et en plus le propriétaire c'est déplacer à aéroport pour venir nous chercher il était très tard vers 3h30 du matin et nous conduire à l'appartement franchement il y a pas beaucoup de personne qui feront cela pourtant lui il la fait , pour passer de bonne vacance je vous conseil de passer par lui car je ne suis pas dessus .

Jai passé un très bon séjour de 1 semaine a tanger pour la deuxième fois en famille.nous avons etait bien accueillit par le propriétaire et son épouse ,appartement livrée dans un exelent état pour la seconde fois. Appartement equipe de comme chez soit mais le top du top ce la localisation de la résidence qui est proche de tout, plage,resto,macdo,place de taxi,centre commercial....avec des enfants en bas age ce l'idéal allez y sens hésité. Merci pour votre accueil

"Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en fammille à Tanger, de une semaine. lappartement est propre et spacieux dans une résidence sécurisée, il est très bien situé sur l'avenue principal du centre ville de tanger a proximité de tout(plage, restaurants etc ...) avec des enfants en bas age c'est tres pratique. je conseille vivement cette location allez sens hésité. Excellent séjour en famille à Tanger

L'appartement est conforme à la description : balcon ensoleillé (exposition sud-est, soleil le matin), WIFI fonctionnant parfaitement, téléviseur, parking sécurisé et surveillé. L'appartement a été livré dans un état irréprochable par un personnel très professionnel. Le propriétaire, en déplacement pendant notre séjour, était très sympathique et très concerné par notre confort durant tout le séjour. Compréhensible et conciliant, il nous a permis d'arriver à une heure très tardive (1h du matin) sur les lieux de la location. L'appartement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire à un vacancier : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge ... il manque éventuellement un fer à repasser. L'équipement sanitaire est très bon avec une salle de bain/WC très fonctionnelle. La situation de l'appartement permet de prendre un taxi assez rapidement pour se retrouver au cœur de la ville de Tanger en 5 minutes. La ville et notamment l'avenue Mohammed VI était en travaux durant notre séjour sans pour autant occasionner de réels désagréments, surtout qu'ils augurent la construction future de nouveaux aménagements. Bon point pour la location, tous les services nécessaires se trouvent à proximité : restaurants/café, épiceries variées, supermarché, pizzeria, McDonald's et même KFC. Finalement le seul bémol de notre séjour est sûrement la plage à proximité qui, comme d'ailleurs dans de nombreuses plages méditerranéennes située dans la ville, n'est pas très propre. Elle peut suffir pour le farniente et le bronzage mais la baignade est déconseillée. Préférez plutôt vous excentrer vers de plages en dehors de la ville (Ashakar par exemple) accessible en taxi ou en voiture de location (disponible dans l'immeuble).

Un super appartement avec un super propriétaire

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est propre , les sanitaires sont en très propres et en carrelage, la cuisine est bien équipé et Il y a même une petite terrasse pour prendre son repas dehors. La situation de l'appartement est idéale, Il se situe à qlq pas de la plage près du centre. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympa et très agréable. Il nous a préparé une corbeille de fruit pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue ! A recommander vivement .

Very Comfortable Apartment

The owner, El Mahdi, met me at the airport and drove me to the apartment. A very nice kind man, who even took the trouble to provide some fruit and a bottle of water for my arrival. He'll leave you his mobile number should you need anything. Nice touch and a comfort to have an 'instant' friend on hand. The apartment is in a secure modern block in the new town, just off the main road. Everything worked well (which is quite a surprise for Morocco!), all appliances, tv's, broadband wifi etc. Nice comfy bed, hot shower etc. Quiet at night. Ideal if you want a touch of luxury living, and just a 30 minute walk into the depths of the old medina/kasbah or a euro in a petit taxi. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby, and just a 3 minute stroll to the train station. No sea view, but there is from virtually everywhere else in Tangier, so it's no great hardship. If you want modern, hassle free luxury, then you cant go wrong with this apartment. Value for money, this is the best deal you'll find in Tangier - and I've been visiting twice a year for 15 years! I won't hesitate to book this again. It was perfect. It reminded me of Marbella or San Pedro in Spain 20 years ago, but without the extortionate prices. I dare say this part of town will become millionaires row in a few years time. My advice is, if you want the luxury and convenience of the new town, then check it out now while prices are still affordable.

Un Hote hors du commun !

La résidence est conforme à la description , - Piscine Privé - à deux pas de la plage - Sur la cote de Tanger ( restaurant etc ... ) Le logement est confortable , sanitaire très propre , carrelage dans toute la maison, ( réfrigérateur , micro-onde , attention pas de four pour faire des gateau ;) ) L'hote quand à lui est tout simplement extraordinaire ! toujours à l'écoute et disponible , ne souhaite pas que vous gaspillez votre crédit téléphonique , il vous rappel ! Un problème général d'eau a sévit dans l'immeuble , il nous a envoyer un technicien et un gardien pour essayer de résoudre le problème. Mais la ou je le remercierai éternellement , c'est le jour de notre retour , ma femme et moi avions claqué la porte pour partir , la clé était rester à l’intérieur , c’était la fin des vacances et plus un sous en poche... Arrivé à l aéroport on nous signal que le vol était la veille et nous prenons des billet pour le lendemain 10h, nous comptions passé la nuit dans l'aéroport , mais après avoir demander une faveur à Mr Khiati il nous a permis de retourner à la résidence, de prendre un double des clé à l’accueil et d'y passer la nuit jusqu'au lendemain matin gratuitement . je n'ai rien à dire car malgrès les quelques petit désagrément que nous avons pu rencontré lors du séjour , sa gentillesse mérite de lui donner un 10 sur 5 ! Je reviendrais !!! Bon séjour à tous :)

Vielen Dank für eine wunderbare Woche Urlaub in Tanger und Umgebung - das Appartment war einfach klasse - alles was man braucht war da und noch mehr! Sehr gut gelegen um an den Strand zu gehen, einzukaufen oder Ausflüge zu machen! Und nach einem Tag am Strand oder in der Stadt konnte man sich wunderbar in diesem behaglichen und komfortablen Appartment erholen! Ich wurde von dem Eigentümer sogar noch persönlich am Flughafen abgeholt - Vielen Dank auch dafür! Jederzeit gerne wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen! To be highly recommanded! Tres recommandable
