Sleep: Three well-appointed bedrooms with quality bedding provide restful nights after days filled with adventure. The primary suite and guest suite both boast king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private patio access, while the third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom just next door. Additional sleeping options include a queen sleeper sofa and a twin rollaway bed, making this home ideal for larger groups.

Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required per stay to cover potential incidentals and will be released after checkout.
Quiet Hours: Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood; please observe local quiet hours starting from 10 pm.
Property Note: We charge $25 per person per night for any guests above 6 people (max 8)
Pets: Templeton Creekside Cottage is pet-friendly with approval. $100 per pet non-refundable pet fee, plus guests must agree to the pet policy, max two pets, dogs only.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
