September and October are the best time to be here! Crowds are gone, humidity is down, water is still warm and the weather is fantastic!

Our peaceful unit offers a great nights sleep on a comfy king-sized memory foam mattress. 2nd bed is a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room.

Create culinary wonders in our kitchen that includes an oven, stovetop and dishwasher. A full sized bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.

A short walk across the boardwalk will have you on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast in minutes!

Restaurants within walking distance include Stewbys, AJ's, Asiagio's, Old Bay Steamer, Hightide, The Gulf and The Remedy. Publix and downtown Fort Walton Beach are just a short drive across the bridge.

The Gulfarium and Okaloosa Island Boardwalk are just a few minutes drive away, as is the Fort Walton Beach Conference Center. The Boardwalk has a large selection of restaurants, nightlife, retail stores and the famous Okaloosa Island Pier

Destin and all it has to offer are a 10min drive away.

Weve stayed in this building every year but had to chose this unit this year. Everything was completely as expected. The only thing to change would be a washer/dryer in unit and not a community but I believe that is in the plans to change. The people above us seemed to not sleep at all and loved to clog dance all freaking night! Other than that the stay was good.
