FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place bagged trash in the trash bin at the main entrance. Trash will be collected daily.

Video Cameras: There are security cameras placed outside of the property, one at the front door facing the main entrance, one at the garage facing the drive way and the other on the side of the house facing the pool pump. The camera is battery operated and motion sensor activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without refund.

My family had a great stay here at Dream Villa. Enough space for everyone to have some privacy with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Location was great within a gated community with all necessities within 5 minutes. Disney and Universal parks are a short drive away. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Communication was easy with Adcom. Check in and check out was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family getaway was full of fun memories! The Villa was in an excellent location close to DisneyWorld, Universal, restaurants, stores, etc. Checking in went smooth with no issues at all!We opted to pay to have the pool and hot tub heated which was so nice to have right outside after our long days full of activities. Any minor issues that arose were quickly addressed by the property management, and they were very responsive to questions and any needs throughout our stay. It was also nice to have a second fridge to use. The villa was spacious and we all loved having our own en-suite bathrooms. We also enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. My feedback for improvement would be that a few of the mattresses need to be replaced as that would improve the bed comfort. Also to have a few more bath towels and washcloths available based on the number of renters would be nice as well Thank you!

Perfect for Family Stay

We booked our annually family vacation with this home and it was great. Not far from stores, food and entertainment. The house was very clean which is major for me. I would definitely recommend this home.

It was a very nice place to stay. with a bathroom in each bedroom it was great to get everyone ready at the same time. The movie room was a great place to unwind after a busy day. I highly recommend to have the whirl pool heated. the whole family enjoyed it and then dip into the pool. Bottom line we all agreed we would rent it again.

Disney Family Vacation

We brought all of our adult children and spouses/significant others, along with grandchildren to Florida for a Disney vacation and some sunshine! This house was perfect with so many bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, garage game room, along with the community gym and playground! Very family friendly with highchair, playpen, stroller, etc. for use while we were here. It will be hard to top this house for future family vacations!!

Best family vacation ever

3 generations stayed together with plenty of room to spread out. After long days at Disney, coming home to the hot tub each night helped to relax and get a good nights sleep to go again the next day. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great house

Everything was excellent for our stay...except one thing...the garbage and recycling pick up was awful! We ended up taking our garbage to the front of the resort garbage area ourselves most times. Other than that...everything was perfect. We got the pool heat..and pool was the perfect temperature. The layout of the house was good, and beds and pillows were comfortable.

The perfect stay

We rented this house because it had everything we needed. Enough beds for family and friends to stay with us, a heated pool(got up to 100 degrees) that was FANTASTIC. It had a movie theater for the kids to chill in after playing in the pool. The kitchen and downstairs family room/dinning room was great for a house full of people. We celebrated our daughter’s first birthday and the house was perfect for her party. I highly recommend this place if you have a large family, need a place to host a small party or just visiting with lots of people. We will forever be great full for the great hosts for letting us create lasting beautiful memories in their house!

Very dissapointing

We had a very difficult night the second night. The air conditioning broke and leaked all night through the ceiling in the living room. They fixed it the next day while we were at Disney. It just was bad as we had to keep putting towels down all night. We moved the couch so it did not get ruined. The upstairs plumbing in two toilets had to be plunged. I was very sad that I was not reimbursed for at least that night.

Good stay

House was just as pictured. Very good communication with owner. Near a lot of restaurants. Only thing which was not owner fault is per signs in neighborhood if you park your car on the side it WILL get towed. Unfortunately one of our family members had it happen. Overall house was nice and clean. Unfortunately trash pick up was only done 1 time during our 5 night stay. They came the 2nd time when we were checking out. Again not owner fault but resort may want to ensure trash pick up is done on pick up days.n.

Great House-Would stay again

Great location and very comfortable house for our family reunion. Plenty of space for large groups. House was clean and pool was beautiful. My one minor complaint is that the garbage is supposed to be picked up every day of the week except Wednesday. It was only picked up once during our 9 day stay and that was because I messaged the management company twice to make sure it got picked up one day. The only place to put garbage is in a small bench by the front door, so garbage was overflowing right by the front door. You see the same situation as you drive through the development with other houses that have bags of garbage in the front. We ended up with other people’s garbage on the front porch after a windy night.

Great House for large family but had a few flaws.

My family and I (4 people) along with my parents (2) and mother in-law (7 in total) stayed in this house for a week and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom - which made it SUPER helpful not to have to share bathrooms. Of course you are going to find things wrong or issues that come up with any house you rent. So some of the issues are to be expected, others can't be controlled by the property owners, while others - maybe they just don't know about. Checking in late at night is a PAIN - no one was at the front gate and there was a line to get in so it wasn't just us that were having issues. A code was needed to get in but the only code I was given was the one for the actual house. During the day - there was an attendant at the gate to let you in and the attendant will give you a piece of paper to place on your dash to show that you are renting a house on the property. The outside of the house was beautiful if you look past the trash being blown around from other houses by the wind. Trash pick-up was stated to be every day but Wednesday. We placed our trash in the bin provided but the trash was never picked up. We had to take the trash bags out and take them to the dumpster down the road - which by the way was DISGUSTING! There was trash and garbage everywhere BUT in the dumpster. Inside the house was great - the large kitchen and dining area was great for family meals and the kids loved the large pool and adjourning hot tub. Some issues within the house were the lack of towels. Having a huge bathroom with only 1 towel provided was irritating until we found more in other bathrooms around the house. The theater room didn't get used much because of the wiring to the TV was sketchy and would cackle and cause static - then screen would go blank. In the kitchen - the undermount sink is coming apart from the counter top and the oven took 1 hour or longer to reheat French Fries even at 400 degrees. This house is big and very close to the parks which was great!! The main bathroom in the downstairs bedroom was amazingly big! However, unlink most houses we have rented - I did not have any communication from the owners or property management at all. Overall - this was a great house just a few minor issues.

House was great but we did had some little issues like wifi is very slow need to update or get stronger wifi games on the garage are not well taken care off dirty and some what functional Carpet and a lot of corners and small places were dirty looks like the cleaning crew is just going in and out not taking their time can be done better
