Charming neighborhood; easy access to many Charlotte attractions. We worried about parking in an urban area but there was always a spot in the lot provided for neighborhood residents. An excellent value; we saved literally a few thousand dollars compared to what four of us would have paid for rooms at our conference hotel!

Lance was an incredible host- communication was excellent and he responded to our question about parking very quickly. This townhouse is very cool with lots of space- 4 bedrooms and 4 beds with 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. Perfect for a group of friends or a family with multiple kids. The location is amazing- so close to everything uptown has to offer with parking right next to the building. We stayed here while attending UNCC Family Weekend. Close enough to campus but also far enough away to have lots of options for fun things to do. Definitely recommend!!
