Wonderful home with all of the amenities. Beautiful views and easy location to and from SeaTac airport. We would 100% return to this VRBO location.

The house is beautiful. Karlton is a great host as well. It has absolutely everything you’d want in a vacation home. Completely remodeled, upgraded bathroom, kitchen and appliances, and convenient parking. Quality dishes, coffee was provided. We wish we could stay longe and would hope to come back soon. The view is breathtaking.

Lost in conversation (but fully packed) my friend and I were 30 minutes late to check-out and they called the POLICE on us! My phone was turned off so I did not see that the owner had sent me a text that the cleaners had arrived. There was no physical guest manual so we weren't clear on the checkout time. FYI it's 11:00! We left at 11:30. The cleaners did not come to the door but sat in the driveway...out of view so we had no idea they were there! It was unbelievably alarming and aggressive. Also there are not 4 bedrooms. There is a bed in the master bath

Hi Teresa, For the record, we made repeated attempts to contact you via both messages and phone calls, none of which were acknowledged until we indicated that authorities might need to be contacted. Your later explanation does not align with this timeline. Due to the lack of communication and cooperation during your stay, we do not believe our home was a good fit. For future travel, we strongly recommend booking a hotel, where on-site staff can better manage situations requiring immediate response.
