Nice Place

Very nice place to stay for 2 or 3 ppl. Parking is a bit tight, but you are in the city. Was fast and easy trip from the airport.

The home is beautiful. Very clean and modern. The only thing I would of liked before hand is that you can’t wear shoes inside the home. I wish that would of been told to us prior to booking.

New home in Burien

House is nice and new. Parking is a challenge for more than one car. Bed in the master is super squeaky and there are black stains on the side of the box spring.

There were many small issues (cheap furniture, terrible lighting, poor sound and temperature insulation, etc.) but the primary issue was that the heaters stopped working after the first night. We came back from new years celebrations to a cold house and no space heaters to be found. We shivered through that night and I messaged the host first thing in the morning. No response for almost a full day. The heaters still did not work the next night. It was now so cold it was almost unbearable. We took the dog to my sisters house and my friend who was staying with me left early and did not stay the second night. I had nowhere else to go, though. I had to fill water bottles with hot water to try and stay warm. It was 35 outside and not much warmer in this unit. Early the next morning the host finally messaged me back with what barely constituted as an apology letting me know he reset the downstairs heater—but he did not reset the bedroom heaters so that did not help me get any more sleep.I also messaged the host on check-in day to confirm check in time, he did not respond until the next day, long after checkin. So this lack of responsiveness and care was already an issue.Overall this was a horrible stay. I do not like to leave negative reviews but these issues crossed a line and seriously impacted my trip. This was my first time using Vrbo as an alternative to other home booking sites and I will not be using it again.

Cozy little home

This vacation home is in a family friendly area with a neighborhood park accross the street. The host was resonsive and answered my telephone calls. Overall, the home was very clean. The mattresses were comfortable. I took off a star because we didn't get a door code, until I called to request it from the host. When we got to the rental, the cleaning person left empty open boxes in the living room and empty sheet bags in the closet.Overall, we enjoyed out stay there and had a great experience.

Great new property!

Very clean and tidy home. No issues with communication with the homeowner; very thorough with expectations during the stay. Only downside was the parking; it is a very tight driveway and hard to turn around. Not the homeowners fault, just how the lot/homes are laid out. Overall a great stay and will be looking here again on our next visit! Thanks!
