Property was nice and clean.Faucet in bathroom is very tricky. Be careful, you will get completely soaking wet with that faulty faucet. I had a beautiful outfit on and had to change because i got completely soaked with water. The floor got soaking wet as well.
The location was perfect for our event at the Bell Centre. Check in was easy and the unit was clean. One thing for people to be aware of is "parking available" means street parking, and practically the entire street is reserved between 9 am and 11 pm for permit parking only. The paid lots in the area were full for the night before 4 pm, so we had to find alternate street parking which had restrictions between 7:30-8:30 am, meaning you had to get up and move the car and find another street parking spot. The unit could have used some extra blankets, each bed only had a thin duvet, and the funky tap in the bathroom, while it looks cool, shoots water out over the counter if you aren't super slow at turning it on.The kitchen/dining/living room is very small, I wouldn't want to spend multiple days with 6 people in the space, but served our purpose for a place to crash after a concert.
This unit was very clean, cozy, and the host was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable, clean linens and towels are provided as advertised. The bathroom and kitchen amenities met all of our needs during our stay. Our family had a great time staying here. The unit has lots of nearby grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants. We even walked down through Old Montreal to the Port and back—give yourself time—it’s about 45 mins each way. Overall, we had a great time. I highly recommend this property!
The apartment was clean and in a great location - easy walk to both metro lines, and a main Highstreet. The host was very communicative, and checked in to see how we were doing and immediately remedied our concern (slow wifi). The apartment was accessed via two doors requiring (different) codes, which meant it was easy to use as we didn’t need to worry about collecting, or sharing, keys. Only a few negatives;- no where to hang clothes- generally not much storage space for clothes- windows didn’t shut all the way, so a little cold during the night, with some noise disturbance- no lock on bathroom doorThese were all minor annoyances though - ultimately it was clean, the beds were surprisingly comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the host seemed lovely! I would recommend this as a good place to stay.
