The property was very nice, with the listing being very accurate. Furniture is nice, new and clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the view was quite nice. The property manager was very communicative and helpful before and during the stay.

Pros: The unit was very spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. View from balcony was very nice. Cons: the floors on the porch & inside the unit were not clean on arrival. The door to toilet in Master bathroom was off the track and did not close & although we did bring it to the attention of management it was not addressed. There was only 1 beach Chair for our party of 4.

Our properties are professionally cleaned and prepared before each arrival, and the condition you described is not the standard we expect. We’re also disappointed that the master bathroom door was not addressed after being reported. With 24/7/365 guest support and in-house maintenance personnel, we pride ourselves on resolving these types of issues quickly, and this should have been handled during your stay. Regarding beach equipment, quantities can vary by property and are not necessarily intended to provide one chair per guest. That said, we appreciate the feedback and continually review our property inventories to ensure guests are well equipped for their stay. Our stay in Islamorada was wonderful. We paid extra for an early check in at 2pm which was worth it to be able to get in and get organized early. Each room was spacious and had towels, basic toiletries, hair dryer. There were plenty of extra beach towels as well. The dining table was large enough to seat 10 people. We had family over for dinner a couple nights which was really nice. The kitchen is large with keurig machine. Be sure to buy keurig coffee pods at the grocery store. There are some provided for first couple days. There is no ice machine so we just kept making ice and dumping it in a bowl to keep in freezer. The view was really nice overlooking the ocean. We highly recommend staying here. Check in and check out were effortless. No chores to do before leaving, just have to lock up. Also, it was very easy to communicate with someone. We couldn’t find the laundry pods and i texted the number given and got an immediate response. There is also a pool and grills available. We used the pool but did not grill. You won’t be disappointed staying here.
