The community neighbors are friendly. The location was wonderful for us, we were visiting Newport. The proximity was perfect. Rooms were clean. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Small updates would be helpful

We had some trouble with the check-in process, but it was resolved fairly quickly and all was made right. I do think more communication is needed prior to check in and regarding the check out process to avoid any confusion. I also think towels being provided are a must for all renters going forward. But overall the stay was just fine for our needs. Thanks so much.

Thank you for the feedback! We share the check-in guide by noon so guests checking out that day are not disturbed. Check-in is any time after 3, sorry you got there too early!
Towels are not listed in our amenities, but we can at times provide them for a small service fee. Thank you!
Overall, our stay at Maria's house was great. Maria was a very responsive host, and was able to quickly get us a couple of things upon request. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and is a short drive to Narragansett Town Beach, which was perfect for my family and I. It is worth noting that the property only has one bathroom, and with the amount of people the house can sleep, an additional b-room would be ideal. We also had to bring our own towels, which was no problem for us because we are semi-local, but would be tough for anyone traveling to Rhode Island via a flight. Kitchen was quite bare bones when it came to supplies, so expect to get scrappy if you are cooking for a lot of people!
