Great stay in Narragansett

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny’s property during the third week of August. The house was perfect for my family (4 adults and 3 kids) and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The property was in a great location for our needs as we spent some of our time in Newport and Block Island. Check-in was a breeze and we had no issues during our stay. We had an amazing week and we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect home for a family vacation.

Jenny was exceedingly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The home was clean, furnished with every amenity you could possibly need, and located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a gorgeous view off the side deck.

Wonderful for family vacation

We had a wonderful experience! The house is clean and well stocked, and comfortably accommodated the nine members of our family. Jenny is an excellent host and she is quick to respond to questions. The location is a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes away from the Narragansett town beach, with ample restaurants and stores nearby.

Comfortable but distant

The vacation home was comfortable and convenient for functions within the house itself. Parking was manageable if not ideal. Aside from the the stay in the house, the largest regret was the distance to beaches and attractions. Travel by car essential.

Arrived to a clean cool home, a godsend in the heat we had last week. The outside deck was very sunny and provided a pleasant view over the tree tops from the elevated site. All four beds were extremely comfortable and quiet. The house is in a great location for visits around RI. I loved the cycling especially the south coast bike path from Narragansett to Kingston, rented a bike from NBX..nice guys. Our only suggestion would be a beach pass to Bonnet Shores ….this is a great place for an early morning walk but otherwise is private and inaccessible. The Narragansett town beach is only 4 miles away, but on a sunny weekend the car parking gets full by 9:15. We decided that using Ubers to and from the beach was easier on the weekend.

great stay in Narragansett

We had a really nice time staying at Jenny's place. The house was easy to find, comfortable and had everything we needed and more - well stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner in every shower, tons of beach chairs... Jenny was also very accommodating (adjusting the temp. remotely when we said we were too cold!) and easy to reach (she responded almost instantly to every message!). The driveway was a little tricky with two cars since it's a semi-circle on a slant, but we still managed. Overall really great place to stay!

This one is a keeper!

This was one of the best beach houses we have stayed in. The rental was as shown on the website. No tricks here. More amenities here than most beach rentals. Super clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Great location. Close to beaches and restaurants. Jenny was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great host - Thank you Jenny!

Great Experience

We had a great experience in this lovely home. We enjoyed the upstairs area with the open living, dining, and kitchen area for family togetherness. And yet the 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and bath downstairs gave a feeling of also having our own space. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, yet near everything we were looking for: beach, mini-golf, quiet walks, restaurants, delicious ice-cream and more. The hosts were very, very responsive. When we mentioned a minor concern, they instantly took care of it, without our expecting it or asking for it. We recommend this lovely home.

Girls trip

This property was amazing! Jenny our host was quick to respond with any questios. The house is extremely well equipped. Grill, dishes, glasses, pots ,pans, utensils. Rooms are spacious. Beds are so comfortable. Big bathrooms. Plenty of space. Great deck. Parking is easy. Access to everything is easy. Right off the msin strip. The Narragansett town beach is great! I would only suggest that you uber in. Parking at that beach is difficult. So we did a drop off and ubered back, worked out perfect. We had a great time.

Update Listing

The listing had 3 bathrooms BUT the property has 2 plus an outdoor shower. We rented based on the need for 3 bathrooms. We managed but the listing should be updated. Also, a 20# propane tank was stored under the interior stairwell (moved to outdoor location). The deck is in need of some update as it was somewhat rickety. The hand rail to the front parking area needs to be reinforced, repaired as it is loose.

Narragansett stay

The home was perfect for a large family. The owner responded immediately to all our questions. Definitely recommend this home to families who want to be in a neighborhood with quick access to the beaches, restaurants and shops.

Quiet Neighborhood, Loved outdoor shower

Jenny was great with communication. As the posting indicates the house was recently remodelled, the kitchen has plenty of utensils and cookware, the outdoor deck space is great, there is a grill for your use (be sure to double check the propane level before you start cooking), the outdoor shower is fantastic. As for location, it is a short drive to the Town of Narragansett and surrounding beaches, easy access to head over to Newport, overall a nice place to stay and enjoy time with friends and family.

Narraganset house

This remodeled house is quite clean and fresh, with four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa to accommodate our group traveling in for a Newport wedding. Much less expensive than staying at a hotel on Newport!!

Love this property. It's been renovated and is full of new beautiful furniture. Comfortable for groups of all ages. The bedrooms are spread out over two floors, giving each guest a bit of privacy and quiet. The main level open floor plan living is where everyone comes together to enjoy good food, conversation and fun. The over-sized deck under the trees and stars is heaven! I enjoy this home and I know you will too.
