Escape to this quaint house in Spring City. With 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, and twin bed, guests will find comfort and relaxation. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities. No loud traffic coming/going down the road or in the cove. Less than 1 mile from two boat launches. Enjoy the freshly remodeled bathrooms and the picture windows on the lake side of the house. King bed in master, Queen bed in guest along with two twin beds in the third guest room. Additional mattresses underneath the twin beds. All bedrooms and living room have brand new smart TVS. Fully stocked kitchen with drinking water cooler. Charcoal grill, fire pit and 2 kayaks for exploring. This place is perfect for families or fisherman needing extra space to park boats.

I love where the house sits because of the peace and quiet and the space. No traffic coming and going all day. We have one of the few flat lots on the lake.
