Pet friendly, $100 for up to 2 dogs per visit. Please add your pet before booking.



YOUR RENTAL

Come relax lakeside with exclusive access to the Peaceful Waters Retreat Center!



This is a unique opportunity to reserve our retreat center at a significantly lower rate (normally $2,500/night with all 8 guest suites). Your reservation includes private use of the Retreat Center, including 3 guest suites, comfortably accommodating 14+ people. Additional suites may be added for an additional fee.

THE BEDROOMS

Suite A (700 ft²)

- King + 2 twins + Sleeper sofa

- Features a deluxe soaking tub and 2-head walk-in shower

- Private entrance + porch with Adirondack chairs



Suites B & C (550 ft² ea.)

- Each suite has a king, 2 twins, and sleeper sofa

- Both feature a luxurious 4-head walk-in shower

- Private entrance + porch with Adirondack chairs



OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:

- Located on 53 stunning acres in the TX countryside

- Lake with rowboat, SUPS, and lots of fish (catch and release fishing allowed)!

- Huge patio w/grill

- Fire pit for s’mores!



FARM & WILDLIFE

- Abundant wildlife: Deer, heron, frogs, wild turkeys, and playful otter families

- Meet our equine, bunnies, goats, and chickens – tour available!

- Game area featuring piano, ping pong, old school arcade game, toys, poker, and tons of board games

- Huge in-ground pool with volleyball and pool toys (pool heating optional: $75)

PRIVACY

You will have private access to the entire Retreat Center facility and its amenities.



Please note, our property includes a 1/4 acre farm and a separate “Ranch House” rental. The Ranch House is a couple hundred yards from your buildings, with no line of sight between. Outdoor activities like the lake, hiking, etc. may be shared with other guests staying on the property.



Staff may be onsite performing farm, ranch, and landscaping work around the property and buildings. We will always do our best to respect your privacy.



POLICIES

- Quiet hours: 10PM to 8AM.

- No parties without pre-approval.

- Rental agreement required (you’ll receive a link after booking)

- We treat & maintain buildings to reduce bugs, but this is the countryside – no refunds for pests

- Check-in: After 4PM – Check-out: Before 11AM. Early check-in/late checkout available for a fee (if schedule allows)



Please remember to communicate these “Ranch Rules” to your guests:

- Hot tub: Cover & buckle after use (or it gets gross)

- Doors & A/C: Keep doors closed when running A/C to avoid breaking it

- Pool: No glass in pool area

- No driving on the grass, it can damage irrigation & septic

- Garbage bags go in bins! (or critters get into them)

- Respect the property: Please treat the place like it’s your own
