Everything was very clean and well-taken care of. My only 3 complaints are that there is only one bath towel for each person, there was only one hand soap dispenser for 4 sinks, and that the owner has a notice on the thermostat to not set the AC under 72. 68 degrees promotes deeper sleep and would be better at night.

Nice place and pet friendly. A little dusty but pretty clean. Host was easy to communicate with. I would recommend letting guest know that washcloths are not provided as we could have planned accordingly ahead of time.

This was an okay place to stay. Expensive for accommodations. They had a bare minimum of what you might need and in our case, they were short on towels and we had to wait for more to be delivered. In meantime, there was only enough detergent for one load, so, we washed towels to have some to use. Some of the towels were old. Honestly, some looked like they should be rags. All kitchen items were minimal. They were slight on kitchen basics. No pantry items. Finally, it was so warm in the house and a rule to keep it at 72. We were quite uncomfortable at night. All that said, I think with a little improvement on basics, it could be very nice. This is me comparing to a dozen or so other VRBO’s I’ve used in the past.

House was small but clean plenty of hot water However parking was not convenient Parking was in the back where there is a garage but you have to walk around to the front door to enter.Walk through where they don’t want you to wear shoes to unlock the garage door. We were not permitted to know the code for the garage. Kitchen and bathroom tiles were cracked. Window blinds in the kitchen were missing.

Susan, thanks for the review - we were a little surprised by the low rating overall. For your short stay, not sure why you did not park on the street in front of the house, there is enough room for a couple of vehicles and the neighborhood is very safe. No we do not give guests the garage door opener as they tend to drive off with them and not want to pay to replace them - no other guests complained about not being able to have the garge door opener. Yes there are a couple of cracked tiles, after all the house was built about 20 years ago; and we did not put blinds in the one kitchen window as it faces North so no direct sunlight gets in and the neighbors cannot see into the house - we like a little natural light in the house. Again, no one else has complained about these things - perhaps you may be better suited to the Courtyard hotel downtown. We pride ourselves on offering a very nice, clean and safe place for people to stay at a very reasonable price. We wish you all the best.
