We respectfully disagree with this review because it does not accurately reflect what occurred during this reservation. When the guest reported concerns, we responded promptly and offered to send our cleaning and maintenance team back to address them, but she never responded or gave us the opportunity to correct the issues. Instead, she requested a discount and partial reimbursement early in her stay while declining our efforts to resolve the concerns she later described in this review. Unfortunately, in the hospitality industry, there are occasions when guests arrive with the expectation of obtaining refunds or discounts rather than allowing hosts a fair opportunity to resolve any concerns. That is why we always document our communications and make every reasonable effort to address reported issues promptly and professionally. After checkout, our inspection documented damage that was not present before her arrival, and those findings were reported through the proper channels. The suggestion that we fabricated damages is categorically false. We document the condition of our property before and after every stay and follow the platform’s procedures whenever damage is discovered. We have nothing to gain from making unsupported claims and every reason to maintain the integrity of our business. Our goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable stay and resolve legitimate concerns quickly. In this case, we were never given that opportunity despite our repeated efforts. We encourage future guests to consider our long history of positive reviews and consistent service, which reflects our commitment to treating every guest fairly, responding promptly, and handling every reservation with professionalism.
