Your family and friends will congregate here after a long, relaxing day at the beach to enjoy their favorite cocktails and appetizers before heading out for dinner or grilling fresh caught fish on the BBQ. The large, wrap-around screened porch also provides an outdoor dining option.

This impeccably decorated home features 2 master suites with king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds in the 4th bedroom, although most of your time will be spent by the large, private pool or walking on the beach. Please note, the queen bedroom and 1 bath are located on the ground floor and are only accessible by an outside entrance. Aquaviva is located 1 short block off 30A, this home is perfect for the family, as it’s only a 2-minute, easy walk to the beach! Aquaviva will spoil you, and keep you coming back for more!

Amazing Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aquaviva checked all the boxes for our family. We had multi -generations and it was perfect for all ages. The pool was incredible. Heating it is a must! We can’t wait to boom again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the home, location and the pool. There weren't towels at first but they were dropped off, when we called. The pool area included toys and a used bandaid from prior renters. We loved the screen porch and the great room. The bedrooms were comfortable.
