Freshly updated, bright & spacious, Glendale oasis.
Sleeps 10, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Meticulously designed for a peaceful escape, providing comfort and style. Accommodates large families and groups. Beautiful backyard with privacy fence, HEATED pool, plenty of seating & dining areas, loungers, BBQ, and backyard games. Just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The space
Step inside to find a bright and airy open floor plan with tall ceilings, that has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The spacious living area is perfect for family gatherings, with a cozy fireplace, books, board games, and puzzles.
Prepare your own meals with a fully stocked kitchen including an air fryer, and a coffee bar with regular coffee, decaf, tea, and plenty of creamer & sugars, etc.
The primary bedroom is expansive with a private 4-piece en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Primary room also offers a TV, and a dedicated desk/work space, perfect for those who work remotely.
Two additional bedrooms on the opposite end of the home with closets, small dressers, and TVs in each. One room with a Queen bed, and the other with a bunk bed that is a twin over a double, and a trundle twin.
Other featured rooms include a dining room with table & chairs, as well as bar seating, laundry room, and a 2 car garage.
Now, most importantly, let's talk backyard! Fully fenced makes the perfect private Oasis. From the sparkling HEATED pool, to the pool loungers, the covered patio ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining, and outdoor games, this will be the perfect place to spend your sunny vacay!

We do have exterior cameras at the front door, above the garage, and facing the pool, for your safety and ours. There are no interior cameras.
There is quiet time to ensure we remain good neighbors. Please adhere to the quiet time of 10pm-8am.
Please do not smoke in our home!
No pets allowed.
No large parties or events. If you plan to have any extra guests, please contact us ahead of time.
