This ground level house with two master bedrooms and two full bathroom house is located in a quiet marathon neighborhood. It has an open floor plan with a large open kitchen, dining and living room perfect for entertaining overlooking the canal through six double-sliding doors to enjoy the scenery outside while sitting indoors. This serves as the perfect area for entertaining family and friends. There is a screen porch overlooking the canal that's great for sipping your morning coffee or for late night entertaining.
The house has two master bedrooms with two queen size beds in each along with two full size newly remodeled bathrooms.
WIth over 75 ft of dockage on a deep water canal, you have plenty of room to dock your boat, jetskis or kayaks, etc.
Don't be surprised if you wake up to manatees in the canal, as they often visit. The canal is clean enough to even swim in it. But, there are nearby sandbars that within a short boat ride can be enjoyed.
The newly remodeled pool overlooks the canal and tiki huts situated on the dock along with a BBQ grill and "fish cleaning" table great for entertaining outside and still keeping an eye on the kids swimming in the pool.
Attention all Fishermen because our favorite feature is our "bragging post"!!! To hang your catch and pose for pictures. The house has a garage "No Parking Inside" but equipped with a bait freezer and commercial ice maker to fill up all your coolers every morning.
Marathon is a major fishing destination with several charters departing from local marinas every morning so you don't have to bring your own boat to fish. You can also choose to rent one nearby and have it delivered to the house before you arrive.
Bountiful reefs around marathon make it a popular fishing, diving, snorkeling and lobstering area.
And you can choose to disconnect from the world and just enjoy doing nothing but sitting by the pool sipping your favorite drink.
