Everything you could want in a Beach House!

A beautiful, well taken care of rental, fully stocked with everything you could ever need! Complete with your own private pool for days when it’s too windy at the beach, a rarity in Madeira Beach. I would absolutely stay here again, close to everything! The ONLY drawback was the street noise, because you are located right on the main drag of Madeira Beach, but we enjoyed the people watching from the front porch.

What a week!

Beautiful property close to so much! Kids loved the pool and very easy to get to the beach. House is stocked with all the chairs and beach toys you could want!

Beautiful Property in the PERFECT location!

Absolutely beautiful property. The pool was perfect and having a garage was so convenient. You truly don't need to bring anything with you. The beach can be seen from the porch and the public access is just across the street.

Great house and location

We had a wonderful week with our family. Having the pool and the beach so close was perfect. The home was just as described! They even have a pack n play which was helpful with a 7 month old baby. Would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is that you have to drive 20 minutes to Indian Rocks to pick up and drop off the keys (and then keep track of them all week while at the beach). It would be more convenient to have a lock with a code.

We were there a little over a month after the hurricanes and this place was one of the only places fixed. The place was clean and had all the amenities needed. The pool is small but perfect for a quick swim or dunk in the water. The property manager was very accommodating and you can tell the owners care about visitors experience. Thanks and we will most likely try to rent this place again in the future.

Family stay

The property was great; I did not feel the area was super great- keep in mind that a hurricane was just in the area 6 months ago and caused devasation so I can give some grace around that. That was not disclosed and there was a lot of construction for rebuilding and a lot of boarded up places that were not terribly welcoming for the area. There was a lot of marijuana and the house sits on the main street that is used for commuting in the morning so it's not terribly quiet. The communication with the property manager was pleasant and the property is lovely on the inside; the small pool and is a bonus- although there were several days we could not use it because it turned green- but they came out to fix that. There is a view from the front porch to the beach so that was nice, but the construction noises and the traffic interrupted the peaceful view of the beach/water.

Just what we wanted!

Very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was warm and clean. There were plenty of beach towels and various toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and made it very easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. We would definitely return! Our only feedback is we wished that picking up/dropping off the keys was a bit more convenient such as an on site lock box but we understand that may not be allowed. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive for checking in/out the keys which is definitely manageable but could be slightly better.

Excellent albeit with a few cautions.

Lovely, comfortable, clean, well -equipped and well-located place. Right across avenue from the beautiful beach. Lovely pool and pool area, though pool could have been a bit warmer. The LR/DR/kitchen area is spacious. The Master BR is terrific but the other 2 BRs are small and the second bathroom is a little too crunched and close to the main living area for adequate privacy. So it's tight quarters for a group of 4-5, or more, adults. The back leading to the car area has a step which needs a light and a red line indicator, as it is easy to miss the step and fall. Receiving the deposit refund has been prolonged. Otherwise great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi Everyone!My wife and I made reservations with Seaside in the summer then hurricane season hit. Seaside people kept us up to date on status of our condo rental then at the last minute the final inspection was delayed. No problems because Seaside notified us with the problem and a solution all at the same time a house on Madeira Beach and it was immaculate so we made our flight got into the house at three in the morning the key code worked and everything was ready for us. Had a wonderful time with my daughter’s family one that my grandchildren will never forget. The weather was great and sunsets were great. After a week we flew home last flight in the day to our home destination and the airport closed the next day from a huge snow and ice storm. So all in all we thread the weather needle, got a hurricane work around thanks to Seaside, and had a great week in a beautiful house . You can trust Seaside Property Rentals to do everything possible to make your trip a success!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed here several times and really like the location. Every time I return we always have a great stay. This time there were a few issues that could be easily fixed and hopefully the owners will address. We arrived to find the pool area very dirty. The previous guests had left things in the pool and it needed cleaning. My kids and I went ahead and cleaned it up best we could. The pool service did not show up until a couple days later and I’m not sure what they did. They did not clean the pool or the surrounding area. The house is beautiful and the furniture in the living area and kitchen has been updated but there are some other things that need to be addressed. It was decently cleaned but the master shower was dirty. The stove does not work properly and the bathroom hardware in the master bath shower needs serious repair. Also, the shower pressure in the master bath is not good. If you have people with long hair use the other shower unless you enjoy long showers. The management company is very nice and easy to talk to. Looking forward to our next visit!

AMAZING HOME WITH POOL, STEPS FROM BEACH

We stayed in this beautiful property from Christmas Eve to New Years Eve. We arrived after standard check-in but Taylor had given us thorough instructions on obtaining the keys from the lockbox at the property management address. We fell in love with the home the moment we walked in. The entire first level is a garage, easily fitting 4 cars. The garage doors seem a little narrow but my Mazda sedan fit just fine (Neighbors with the same home plans with SUVs parked outside of the garage). In the garage was a gas grill with propane tank, about 6 foldable beach chairs, 2 foldable chaise lounges, pool toys and a skim board. Our particular property has a great view from the front porch/windows of the gulf across the street. The pool is on the north side of the house so very little sun hits it directly but it was heated. Numerous sturdy chaise lounges by the pool. On the upper deck there were rocking chairs, a outdoor sofa/chairs and a dining table for 4 (all with a fantastic view of the gulf). Inside, we were welcomed with a VERY well-appointed kitchen. It had everything you could possibly need, even foil and wrap along with enough plates and cutlery to host an army. Literally the only thing missing was a mixer and a crock pot! Also plenty of trash bags and dish soap. The furniture was very comfy, the TV is a smart TV for those who have app based TV. We never had any issues with internet/WiFi connectivity. The front of the house faces Gulf Blvd, the "main drag" in Mad Beach. Yes you could hear traffic but it was just in the background and we had zero issues in the bedrooms. The beds were all very comfortable and the master had an adjustable bed. There were TONS of towels for both the beach/pool and for bathing. There were also plenty of linens. The only negatives I can come up with is the grout/caulk around the master shower was moldy and the front-load washing machine smelled really musty. A quick wipe around the seal to remove the mold and a washing machine cleaning tablet really helped to make it usable. Back to the Pros: The location is perfect! The crosswalk was right in front of the house so it was easy and safe to get across the Blvd to the beach. So many shops/restaurants/bars within an easy walking distance. There was a 7 eleven next door (which we never heard) as well as grocery stores within a few miles. a few of us played golf at some nearby courses and it was an easy drive. Again, Taylor was so helpful from pre-arrival to check-out!

A lot of pool and beach supplies including coolers :) A very short drive (we walked) to Johns Pass. Uber ride ranged from $6-$10 depending on time of day. One challenge for us (sixty year olds) was bringing our suitcases up the stairs to enter the rental. The door pictured in the listing (blue) is actually to the garage.I should have figured that out and didn't. Pool was very nice and just right for the size of our group. Our only complaint is that there is no lockbox or code for entering, We had to go to a rental office both to pick up and drop off the keys. So goingout separate was with a group creates the "who is taking the keys question? We were given two sets. We find a lock box or code much more convenient when renting. That was honestly the only complaint for his rental. Overall =really nice !
