This neighborhood is amazing for the ability to boat on the lake and jet ski! It’s centrally located in the city and within 10 minutes of all of the Best amenities that Cape Coral has to offer. If you plan on heading over to Fort Myers, this home is only a few minutes away from the bridge that takes you right there.
What makes this property unique
This 2400 square-foot home offers a unique experience. The master bedroom is on one side of the home and the other bedrooms are 1000 ft.² on the opposite side. This home has a junior en suite that leads out to the pool.. the master also has a side slider if you’re wanting to escape all of the fun and laughter outback in the 32 foot 6+ feet deep HEATED pool
