I have been a Property Manager for well over 15 years and I try to make everyone's experience as seamless as possible. I understand this is your vacation and I want everything to go as smooth as possible with as little stress as possible! I am a stickler for a clean home that looks like the pictures we advertise because I would expect that if I were the renter! I also make myself personally available so if you have an issue I am the person you will talk to no matter what time. I really just want everyone to be happy with their time here in Cape Coral & I want everyone to Love it like I do!!

What makes this property unique
This home is in a great location which is close to everything and it sits on a bend in the road so the back of the property is larger and has views like no other! Literally from sunrise to sunset!! Plus its not just a canal, its on a corner of intersecting canals so its more than triple the size of others giving you those amazing views!
