Overall stay was good. The black dog down the road gave us a scare when we came home one night.He was barking and growled at us till they called for him.Kitchen light wouldn't come on but fan did.

This cabin is fabulous! My husband and I had a great get-away here. The views are fantastic, it’s private and has a fireplace and hot tub. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the cabin. The hot tub was relaxing and hot the spot after a long day of hiking. This gem of a place is located very conveniently near Brown County State Park and Yellowwood State forest. Also thank you for the chips and salsa!!! Very kind touch.

My Fiancé and I stayed two night at this cabin, it was a stay that we will remember for years to come. From the amenities to the comfortable stay we had. The experience in its all was great. There is easy access to both state parks within a 10 minute drive and to Nashville as well for some strip mall shopping. It is safe to say that anyone looking for a nice retreat whether it be one night or a few, it will be a trip to remember!

This was the perfect little getaway place! Very clean, had everything we needed and they even went the extra mile and provided treats and balloons for our anniversary! An adordable, cozy little cabin nestled in a quiet little spot. The big windows let in tons of natarul light and the cabin is very tastefully decorated. We loved the cozy, relaxed atmosphere with the quite surroundings and rustic feel. From the inviting stone fireplace in the living room to the gentle jets of the hot tub under the stars, everything was exceeded our expectations. This was the perfect getaway! The road leading up to the driveway gave us a surprise that made us giggle, its suppppper steep! There was a small plumbing issue when we first arrived and host had to resolved very quickly! Definitely will be back!

Perfect weekend getaway for two

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway staying in the Red Cedar Cabin. Upon arrival we were greeted with snacks for us to enjoy. The cabin was the perfect size for two—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Very nice coffee bar too! We especially loved the beautiful fireplace, which made for relaxing evenings, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the area. It was quiet, peaceful, and just what we were looking for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any couple looking for a romantic and restful retreat.
