All rooms are equipped with A/C, Smart TVs, and balcony Access.

The Master Bedroom offers the best views of the property with a large wraparound balcony, perfect for gathering with loved ones to watch the sunset over the bay and city lights. With a spacious walk-in closet and bathroom featuring two separate showers for convenience.

Bedroom #2, located just down the hall, also offers a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and private balcony.

Bedroom #3, adjacent to Bedroom #2, features two twin beds, ensuite bathroom and access to private wrap around balcony.

Bedroom #4, located on the lower level, offers two twin beds, an ensuite bathroom, and access to lower level main balcony.

The house was very neat and beautiful. It is very well located. Everything was walking distance. Despite a few bumps that was out of everyones control and hands the owner was very responsive. The communication was great through out. We all enjoyed the stay very much. The house is a real treat. We even saw fireworks every night.

Overall, the stay was ok. But the property is in need of renovation. While the beds were clean and comfortable, most of the furniture in the gathering places, indoors and outdoors, need to be replaced. The pool area isn’t really designed for lounging. The chairs were worn and uncomfortable. The area doesn’t have good sun exposure and the views from the pool do not include the sunset. Management was responsive to complaints about the cleanliness of the floors and the weak WiFi. But the kitchen is not well stocked for cooking and the hot water in the showers was sparse. Of my 8 visits to PV, this property was the worst I’ve stayed in.

Our host was responsive to our needs and communicative. Our stay occurred during the cartel uprising on 2/22/26. Our host kept us updated, safe, and fed. They even delivered groceries for our group while we sheltered in place! They also arranged sending our laundry out at their cost while the washer and dryer in the house were broken.The house, location, and amenities cannot be beaten, though those stairs take some getting used to. The cleanliness could use some very minor improvements (there was some hair in a shower and the floors left feet or socks black) and some extra bath towels would be helpful. All in all, the house and host were beyond exceptional and

There were many positives to this property. The house is huge, and there was more than enough room for 8 people. The view is amazing. The pool itself was nice also.There were also some shortcomings- the kitchen was a big one. It is basically outside, and had a smell to it. The tile floors throughout the house could have been cleaner- they left everyone’s feet black. The laundry is also outside, and did not work properly. In general, It was clear the house was once a beautiful property but it now needs some love. We had some issues with the pool operation and with the hot water. It’s probably also worth noting that there are 135 steps from the street up to the door. It was also odd that the only entrance was really through the master bedroom. Also- pro tip: keep the covers on the drains. You’ll thank me later. The owner did have a handyman named Manny who took good care of us, and was very responsive when we needed something fixed. I cannot emphasize enough that Manny is AWESOME. Whatever you’re paying Manny, double it!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Our host responded to every question or need within minutes. There were staff nearby to fix or refill anything but also we were given our privacy at all times. Great communication. The photos do not do this place justice! Every room is clean, unique, and spacious. Also, you really can’t ask for a more gorgeous view with a pool that you’ll never want to leave. We were able to walk into town within minutes which was such a benefit for our group. Thank you for making our weekend so special!!
