Thank you so much for your feedback! We're thrilled that you enjoyed the cabin’s beauty and privacy. We're sorry to hear the bed didn’t meet your comfort preferences. We completely understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to bed comfort, and this is the first time we've received feedback on this. For your next stay, we’ll be sure to provide you with more detailed information about the different bed types in each cabin to help ensure you have the perfect fit. We’d love to host you again. Next time, we’ll make sure the bed is not too hard, not too soft, but juuust right… the way Goldilocks would like. Minus the bears, of course!
The house was very nice. While internet was available it was spotty on the living room TV. Bedroom TV worked better. We left a few provisions for other renters. Spices, salt/pepper, dishwasher tabs, etc. We did not use the hot tub. And did not seek out the pool. Unlocking/locking the front door was super easy as was the gate to the community. The deck was wonderful! Spent quite a bit of time enjoying the gorgeous weather. Both bathrooms had great supplies. Plenty of good quality towels. Management might want to visit the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom. As well as the shower drainage. Bed was very comfortable. Bed sheet quality may want to be upgraded when it’s time to replace. Loved the available shelving in that bedroom. The gas fireplace was fixed while we were in residence. Thank you! A little warm to use but very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals. Highly recommend Wilderness Ridge!
