Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of all the amenities there are to offer like WiFi6, A fitness room with ping pong table and work out equipment, a variety of family board games, a laundry room, as well as two front yard seating areas with fireplace and peaceful fountains. Outdoor games in front yard such as: badminton, croquet, and corn hole.

The house was perfect for our group- very spacious and very clean. Everything was in perfect working order. Would be a great property to visit when it is warm as there is plentiful outdoor seating on an expanisve property. Would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful home and amazing yard! While staying there we hosted a family get together. The kitchen had plenty of room to set up a buffet. The front and back yards have multiple sitting areas and fire pits, along with badminton, croquet, and corn hole. The host was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Getaway weekend to Granite Bay

What a lovely relaxing home! We are a womens training group that visited for the weekend of the Folsom Triathlon, with racers on both days. Clean, well furnished and all the great sitting areas, so that we could relax before and after, as well as have a great recovery soak in the hot tub. Plenty of parking, as most of us drove out here in our own cars, great location and easy to find. Everyone who stayed (or visited us) loved the house! Looking forward to when we can all come back!

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to spend our first Christmas “in-between” homes. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed. The owners had decorated for Christmas, had a welcome note and a bottle of wine for us, and made sure the home was warm and cozy — it instantly felt like home.After a bad storm our first night, they even checked in on us the next morning to make sure everything was okay, which truly meant a lot. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more special.The property itself is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. We loved the ping-pong table and the closet full of board games, but the outdoor beauty is something we can’t wait to enjoy on our next visit in the summer or fall.This is truly a one-of-a-kind home with exceptional owners. Thank you for making our Christmas extra special — we will absolutely be back.
