About this property

This first-floor condo is waiting for you in gated Countryside Golf and Country Club. Beautiful golf course views, 1 king bed, a set of twin beds, and 2 full bathrooms (Master has walk-in shower, guest bathroom has shower with tub. Condo comes with essential amenities such as WiFi, cable tv, washer and dryer, AC and much more. Take advantage of the beaches just 13 minutes away as well as fine restaurants and shopping in down-town Naples. Countryside offers activities such as tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball, mahjong and much more. New club house and great food. Condo is a social membership (golf not included but is available through our clubhouse). Transfer fee and HOA application fee are paid separately.
Non-smoking, No pets due to owners' allergies. Adults 40 yrs and older.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Ok to leave sheets and blankets in the bathrooms along with towels.

Please be sure to lock outside liana door, sliding doors, windows and front door before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

All trash and recycling must be brought out to the designated area along side of condo building.

Renters will park in designated area with our condo number. Guest parking is located across from the condo and is labeled accordingly.

Be sure all windows and doors are locked before leaving at the end of your stay. Please be sure that all appliances are turned off and unplugged.
