Decompress and enjoy the low volume of tourists, beautiful weather, and quieter beaches just 12 minutes away. Dine at fine restaurants and shop 5th Ave in down-town Naples. Countryside Golf and Country Club offers activities such as tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball, mahjong and much more. New club house and great food. This first-floor condo has a beautiful golf course view, (1) king bed, (1) set of twin beds, 2 full bathrooms (Master has walk-in shower, guest bathroom has shower with tub. Condo comes with essential amenities such as WiFi, cable tv, washer and dryer, AC and much more. Condo is a social membership (golf not included but is available through our clubhouse). Transfer fee and HOA application fee are paid separately.
