shopping and dining. This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath first floor unit with a den and
garage is tastefully decorated with light, airy colors and is in
Chatham Square I. Unit features a king size bed in master bedroom, twin beds in guest bedroom, and a dining room that seats six comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen. Updated shower in guest bathroom. Three TV’s—Master bedroom, living room and den. Wifi and printer are available.
Picturesque golf and water view from lanai. Enjoy eating on the lanai while watching golfers on the fourth fairway.

Master Association transfer fees of $450 and Chatham Square I Association transfer fees are $150 paid directly to associations by tenant. These transfers are required and afford tenant full membership in all club amenities.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave keys in unit. Lock the doorknob.
Leave towels and sheets to be laundered in the laundry room and leave beds unmade.
Please put down lanai blind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Transfer of local and Master Association membership is responsibility of tenant. $450 is payable to the Associations, plus $75. credit check fee.
Tourist Tax for Collier County and Florida Department of Revenue Services is 12% of rental fee.
Cleaning fee $205.

I’m a semi-retired educator and I visit the condo as often as possible. I truly enjoy the area and proximity to Fifth Ave. and the beach.

Why they chose this property

Chatham Square is a very friendly neighborhood. Building C has many fine owners. There is a weekly friendship pot luck at the pool. There are many activities waiting for you to join in on the fun!

What makes this property unique

The unit is very comfortable and has all the comforts of home. It’s nice to sit on the lanai or the couch and watch golfers in the morning and throughout the day. The lake is very calming and relaxing. Sunsets are beautiful!
