We are from Chattanooga Tennessee we have been wanting a beachfront home to spend time with our family in a family friendly environment. When we found the Regency
Towers we knew that was it. It is near attractions and restaurants so when we are tired of the beach we can go out. The resort has entertainment at night during the busy season that you can enjoy as a family. Is is on the slower end of the beach so you don't have to fight traffic all the time.

Why they chose this property

We always wanted a property where you could see the beach without leaving home.
Sit on the balcony drink a cup off coffee in the morning watch the sun rise.
It has 2 pools so not crowded. Guard at the gate for added security.

What makes this property unique

This property has entertainment nightly during busy season. Waterslides, BBQ, Music. etc
Pool tables, 2 Olympic pools, hot tub, kiddo pool, Tiki hut at pool for snacks, tennis,weight room.direct beachfront balcony.
