Welcome to Sea-walk Family Beach Retreat—a private, relaxing escape just 635 steps from the beach. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is perfect for families, featuring a private fenced pool, plenty of room for everyone, and an easy walk to the sand. Unwind, reconnect, and enjoy stress-free beach living in a quiet, family-friendly setting., PRIVATE pool, 1 Dog pet friendly!

SATURDAY - SATURDAY June-August but owner may be flexible. Guest maximum limit is 12. Owner accepts one family dog, may consider 2 after discussion. King bedroom/bath with tub/shower, TV, ample closet and storage space on main floor with well-appointed kitchen, dining room with seating for 6-8 people, half bath off of dining area, living room with smart TV, DVD, games, electric fireplace, reading area and balcony with rocking chairs.
Second floor has master king bedroom with extra double bed, large walk-in closet, additional storage, TVs, dvd, large bath with double sinks and balcony. third bedroom is a queen bed with private bath and shower, tv, dvd, fourth bedroom overlooks the pool with one double and one queen bed, full bathroom, bathtub and shower, tv, dvd and ample storage. Second floor hallway also has laundry facilities. 2 car parking under home, additional parking in driveway and behind pool fence. Pool area has plenty of seating/loungers, picnic table, umbrellas, small grassy area. Home is very comfortable. Great for large families, women's getaways, men’s getaways, and Golfers! Around the corner and just steps away from our many local restaurants and the new Surfside Beach Pier!

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return keys to key box located on stairwell
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We will return deposit minus 20% fee for having home off-calendar reserved. We have our own contract for guests. We have our own staff. And neighbor
Check in is at 4:00 and check-out is at 10:00 a.m...we ONLY book SATURDAY to SATURDAY from end of May - September.

Perfect Beach Getaway for the 4th of July!

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful beach house over the 4th of July week! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and easy access to local shops and restaurants. One of the biggest highlights for us was the private pool—it was perfect for relaxing after the beach and kept the kids entertained for hours! The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. Highly recommend to any family looking for a relaxing, fun-filled beach vacation!

Perfect family friendly home!

We enjoyed our stay but more importantly for me, my kids loved it and did not want to leave! Perfectly situated in walking distance of stores, restaurants, and beaches. The house itself is gorgeous and very clean! My family and I made some lasting memories here and plan to make this a yearly trip if available. I could not recommend this place more. My six year old spend endless hours in the pool and at the beach. If you are looking for a great family vacation spot trust me this is it!

Exceptional Property

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The home was very clean, had was supplied with all that we needed for the week. We traveled with 5 adults and had more than enough room. The rooms were large and the great things was that they each had their own bathroom. I cooked dinner for 3 nights and the kitchen was supplied with all that I needed. The pool was so nice to have. It was great to take a dip to get cooled off after a long hot day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this home. We plan to return. Thank you so much to Terri for her great communication throughout our stay.

Nice time

Good size and layout for the number of people we had. Good Location. Communication was not good once we got there. As I emailed the owner and never received a response back. As some items were broken upon arrival and I thought they should know. A golf cart is a must and the location is fabulous to the beach. This is a more relaxed and laid-back place than Mrytle Beach itself.I'd recommend to anyone!

Beach house

This house was nice with a great location but for the price they charge we would have expected a dryer that works, an oven that heats up properly and the pool was broken too. The owner was quick to respond when we booked but has since not responded when we brought her attention to the issues in the house. There are many houses in this area be cautious. Also we were told no access to any pool or beach equipment because we had gone through VRBO and not personally to book? This was not the case with the house last year at all in the same area we had full access. This was a last minute booking on our part so we were happy to find it and enjoyed our trip.

Awesome! Master bedroom mattress is very firm. Dryer was old and needed to be run twice to dry a small load. Other than that, the place was perfect.

A great place to stay

We had such a wonderful week in this house. It is a short walk to the beach. there are public access to the beach right by the house as well as a few restaurants. the house was clean and well stocked. We really did not need anything that wasnt provided. The pool is really a nice feature of this home. It isn't big, but its big enough to cool off. There are plenty of chairs around the pool for lounging or hanging out with family. The owner is awesome to work with. She does a great job of responding promptly to questions or issues. This vacation was made even better by having our yellow lab with us. It is a real treat to have a home owner who understands the importance of having the 4 legged family members with us. I would most definitely stay here again!

Had a great time!

Sea Walk was exactly what we hoped for. Nice spacious house with its own private pool. Loved the location, with a very short walk (even closer than expected) to the beach, and a nice little beach town to explore. Perfect for us with our dogs, with plenty of places to walk them nearby, including a dog park within a couple minute walk.

Wonderful

We stayed in this lovely house 2 nights during the marathon in Myrtle Beach. The house was very roomy and clean. We appreciated being able to stay for only 2 nights and have our 2 little dogs with us. The house was perfect for us and in a very nice location within a short walk to the beach and pier.

Family late summer vacaation

Plenty of space, great location with just a short walk (about 2 city blocks) to the beach and Surfside Beach pier and several restaurants. The wifi router probably needs to be replaced as it worked intermittently while we were there. Recommend River City restaurant and Conch House which are both right next to the beach with ocean views. Highly recommend Brookgreen Gardens about 20 minutes south of unit.

We love the area and have friends who have also relocated here and call it home. Surfside is a great little beach town and close to plenty of beautiful golf courses, fun restaurants, plenty of outdoor activities year round.
We want our guests to enjoy their stay here and we will help with special requests when possible.

Why they chose this property

The Surfside Beach area is simply wonderful. We chose this home because of its terrific location to the beach, pier, dog parks, walking, biking distance to local restaurants but still private when you want to enjoy your own pool, or sit on your decks and read.
The town is well run, with trash and recycling done at least twice each week during summer months and very clean. we all take pride in this.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, and comfort!! We're close to the water, 635 feet from beach access and Surfside beach Pier...close to Murrels Inlet, Pawleys Island, up the street is a wonderful marina where you can sit on the deck and watch the sun set over the ocean and the moon rise over the marshes. If you don't want to drive you can walk to one of our restaurants on the beach! Dog Parks two blocks behind us at our local library, and tennis courts.
