About this property

Jolly Mon is a beautiful raised ocean view beach house located in the center of Surfside Beach, SC next to Ocean, Pier, and restaurants with easy beach access. Has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with all of the bedrooms having their own en suite bathrooms. Can sleep up to 12 total people max (up to 10 adults max and 4 kids max) , Has private pool (heating available), and a golf cart provided for guest use. Has all the amenities you need to make this your home away from home. Awesome location that is convenient to the beach, shopping, dining and local attractions. Home is loaded with many upgrades- granite, tile, stainless appliances, upper end furnishings to name a few. We also provide golf cart, linens, house towels, beach supplies, table tennis, private salt water pool, and many other extras.

Heated private Salt Water Pool (18' x 14' & 3' to 5' Deep) - Professionally Maintained,

Arrival check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout on departure day is at 10:00 AM.
This home requires a weekly 7 day rental of Saturday to Saturday during peak summer season. (ie June- August)

When make booking request to us, we will email for some addiitional guest information of which we require repies to us at time of request, Reservations are created when payment is made on owner approved booking requests. We sometimes get multiple inquiries for same date ranges that we quote multiple people on the same day. A quote does not equal a reservation or dates held until paid and approved.

In order to book our home you must read over the required Rental Agreement we will provide after acceptance, complete all required information, and return with drivers license verifying your agreement to the stated terms that they are acceptable and will be followed. Please notify us if have any questions on this.

We generally only allow Family rentals with responsible adult over 35 years of age. We do not rent to groups under 35 years of age. Any non family groups, and/ or people bringing motorcycles please contact us prior to requesting to book to get approval to reserve.

Golf cart is legal to ride on streets in Surfside and includes permit to allow free parking at all golf cart parking areas, including golf cart beach access parking throughout Surfside.

Amazing home and location

Always coming back!

We had the best time!! Love the house, the pool was amazingly warm, the beach toys/chairs are so helpful. We visited 3 years ago and it was just as good as we remembered! Our family of 7 was very comfortable and are excited to visit again next year!

Fabulous Find

The house is superbly located near five restaurants accessed by a quick walk. Beach is accessed across the street. A pool is available if you want to skip the beach. Property owners are friendly and very responsive. Our group had a blast and hopes to return!

Great beach house!

This was our 2nd time staying at Jolly Mon. The house is perfect for our needs. House is clean and well equipped. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances, pots/pans, etc. The grill came in handy for a quick meal a couple times. Love that the golf cart is included. This house is close to the beach and next to the pier. Several restaurants are walking distance away. We will definitely consider staying at Jolly Mon next time we are in Surfside Beach.

Relaxing vacation near restaurants

We all enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient and the amenities made it comfortable and relaxing. The hosts are very responsive to any concerns. Our kids liked going for golf cart rides. We would stay here again.

Amazing beach home

We had an amazing week at the beach in this gorgeous home. This home has everything you need for a great vacation. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We loved that the beach was only steps away along with the pier and restaurants. We only used our vehicles twice during the week due to the close proximity of everything and use of the golf cart. Everyone loved the deck and pool. The two young men enjoyed fishing at the pier. Our stay included two parents, three young adults and two teen girls. Everyone enjoyed this house and location. Kathy and Steve were great to deal with. You will not be disappointed staying in this home.

Family trip for Memorial Day

Our family recently stayed at Jolly Mon for a family vacation for the Memorial Day holiday. The house is very spacious. Everyone has their own bathroom, a big plus with kids. The swimming pool is awesome and feels great on a hot beach day. The house is across the street from the beach, so no long hike to the sand, you're right there! The Surfside Pier is a short walk down the street. There are also numerous restaurants within a short walk from the house. Jolly Mon is an awesome place to stay for your vacation, and I highly recommend it! Five stars from the Davis family!

Loved it!!

This was my first time going to Myrtle Beach (but I was with people who vacation there often) and I absolutely loved where we stayed! Very nice house with literally everything you could need! Close to the best restaurants and the pier. Will definitely be going back and would use Kathy and Steve’s properties anytime. They were great about communicating! Thanks again :)

Amazing golf getaway!

This is a great spot! We had a group of 8 golfers spend a long weekend here. The house fit everyone perfectly! The pool was a nice spot to relax after a hot day on the course as well. Best part is the location! We loved being able to walk to the beach and the bars/restaurants are right next to the house. It made everything extremely convenient. We will absolutely be coming back here again!

Beautiful home! Great location!

What a beautiful home with a great location! Love that each of the 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beach is just steps away with peekaboo views of the ocean from the decks. The pool was a welcome retreat and the golf cart was a definite bonus. Yummy restaurants and mandatory vacation ice cream shack are all within walking distance or short golf cart ride. Did I mention the wonderful hosts, Kathy and Steve? What minor issues we had were handled right away. Would highly recommend this amazing home and hope to be back one day.

Couldn’t have been better!

My family just spent a week at Jolly Mon and had a fantastic time. The house was very clean and in great shape for being a vacation rental. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The balconies offered beautiful peak a boo views of the ocean. The pool was refreshing and just big enough for all of us to enjoy. There was plenty of lounge chairs in sunny and shaded areas around the pool. We appreciated and enjoyed all the extras that came with the home, such as the golf cart, ping pong table, games and beach chairs. The owners were responsive and checked in on us to be sure the house was as expected with no problems. We highly recommend this home and would consider staying again!

Spent the week at Jolly Mon with my entire family. This house has all the amenities needed for a great week at the beach. The house is furnished really nicely, the beds are very comfortable, the pool area is a nice place to get away from the beach for a cool down. Love to stay at the Jolly Mon

We Recommend Jolly Mon!

Located one-row back from beach front row, Jolly Mon is only steps away from the Surfside Beach Pier, River City Cafe, Surf Shop and other great food/bar establishments that contribute to a perfect family beach vacation!! This property ignites all the senses: The sight & sound of surf, sea gulls and laughter coupled with the salty scent of the ocean and feel of pleasant sea breezes will provide welcomed therapy from everyday life, who’s pace and tempo seem more times than not out of control. Jolly Mon is fully equipped with ALL the comforts and utensils needed to fully enjoy a stress & worry free transition from your home to the beach. Relaxing in the heated pool or rocking on the balcony will either evoke laziness or tap energy levels long forgotten that invigorate effervescence of life ~ our children and grandchildren are already making plans to return next year to the Jolly Mon!!

My family had the best time during our stay last week at Jolly Mon in Surfside Beach. The home is beautiful, well maintained, very clean, lots of extras and in a great location. Such a perfect place to stay!!

The Jolly Mon was AMAZING in a word. The bedrooms were all very nice, each with their own bathrooms. The kitchen cabinets were fully stocked with any and every appliance, gadget, or cookware we might need. You can see the beach and ocean from both porches, and the beach is literally out the back gate, three houses down, and BOOM. It’s right there. Too much stuff to lug for the 120 second walk? No worries! The golf cart was a favorite for my daughter and parking was free thanks to Kathy and Steve registering the cart! I loved how they provided paper towels and dryer sheets and laundry detergent in small amounts, so we didn’t have to buy all of that just for the week stay. It was a nice surprise to be able to use that money on beach stuff! Pizza Hyena is our absolute favorite place to eat, in the 3 years we’ve been coming. To be able to walk to it in under three minutes was wonderful. This house (and its location) was perfection. We definitely want to stay here again.
