About this property

Located on the ocean side of Route 6 in a lightly wooded residential neighborhood, this 3 bedroom 2 bath contemporary Cape-style home has an open floor plan for the living, dining and kitchen areas. On this level there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a queen bed, along with a bathroom off the hallway. The second floor has a primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bath. There is a deck, a screened porch overlooking a well maintained and nicely landscaped yard as well as an enclosed outside shower. Great Pond and Duck Pond are about 2 miles away. It is an easy drive of 5-10 minutes to the ocean and bay beaches and Wellfleet Center. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Lovely well-located home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay but because of the inundation of mosquitos we couldn't use the outdoor patio which is lovely. Perhaps the property should be sprayed to contain those pests. We liked that we were near to ponds and the National Seashore.
