Our well-maintained property, located on a private lane on the bay side of Eastham, is only a few minutes walk to Thumpertown Beach. Not only is the beach right around the corner, but a few minutes of driving in the other direction will bring you to a number of great eateries, including the famous Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar, Red Barn Pizza, Karoo Restaurant, and Hole in One Bakery & Coffee Shop. Our home features an open floor plan, giving it a spacious feel, as one room flows into the next. Step in the front door to find a bright and open, nautical themed living area, with brand new furnishings, including couches, lamps, and artwork, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen and dining area have also undergone updates, featuring new tables, chairs, and appliances. Our home sleeps four guests comfortably in three bedrooms; the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, the second bedroom with a full and two twins, and the third small room with a daybed. Our large, private yard is perfect for lawn games and great for dog lovers too! Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, central A/C, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and sheets and bath towels provided for each guest.
