A luxurious 1550 sq foot 2nd floor resort condo that offers comfort and tranquility in a private beach and country club setting. Imagine your most prefect beach vacation: sun, sand, morning walks, pool, time with the family, relaxing, exploring nature, great restaurants, golf cart rides around town, romantic sunset walks, and evening ice cream. Experience these things and so much more when you stay at Rendezvous in Cape Charles on the Virginia Eastern Shore. Come experience it for yourself!
Rendezvous is a second story condo located in the Bay Creek Resorts. Bay Creek offers guests over 2 miles of private beach, the ability to kayak some of the most beautiful waterways on the bay, and a 350-acre nature preserve with miles of walking trails. Guest will have limited access to Bay Creek amenities. These include: The pool at the Fairways, the private beach, the nature preserves, the tennis and new pickle ball courts, and the Coach House Restaurant (reservations are highly recommended).
Access to the Life Center and its pool, the fitness and recreation areas, and golf can be added to enhance your vacation for an additional daily fee of $75. This fee must be paid in advance and cannot be added during the guest's vacation. The Guest will be required to provide additional guest information at least 3 weeks before arrival to the Host to ensure the Guest is entered into the Bay Creek Computer system. This ensures the Guest will be properly greeted and recognized at all Bay Creek Resort services, staffs, and activities.

Carol and I live in Earlysville VA, just outside of Charlottesville. We love traveling to the Eastern Shore and the Southwest. In 2017 we purchased a condo in Santa Fe NM which is available as an STR when we are not there. Since 2008 we have been traveling to Cape Charles. We always wanted a place on the Eastern Shore and in 2024 we finally made that dream come true.
Why they chose this property
We spend almost 2 years looking for the right place. Our search included downtown Cape Charles, old and new houses, and every community within a 15-minute drive to Cape Charles. We have stayed in every type of property in every location. In the end, we loved Bay Creek and everything the resort has to offer. In the fall of 2024, the condo we purchased came available and it met all of our needs.
What makes this property unique
This property is very comfortable and well-appointed to meet your every need. It is a second-floor end unit with large windows that provide lots of sunshine in the morning and afternoon. The condo is a short walk to the pool and a brief golf cart or car ride to downtown Cape Charles where there is fabulous shopping, restaurants, and attractions.
